Didn't recieve the main bit of my order as it was OUT OF STOCK! with no date given. I didn't even really want the pens I ordered as well - could have got them anywhere.

Picked up a mistake
Part of the order was not delivered so I noted this with the driver. Within a few hours you sent a message apologising and promising to find the missing parcels, and another driver showed up the next day with the parcels. Very good service. And good prices.
