As usual good product, my only issue is that the delivery didn't take place on my nominated day again. It came the day before. This is only an issue because i need someone to help me offload the wood. Ideally we should get delivery on the specified day otherwise why offer day specific delivery?

Logs delivered in good time.
However not as dry as I expected them to be.
I split them and noticed they were more than 20% moisture in the logs and they smoked a lot in my Breeo smokeless firepit.
So having to dry them in a log shed for a few weeks and use another source of firewood for now which is a bit disappointing.

I’ve ordered from UK Logs Direct before and have always been pleased with their service. This time, the third-party last mile delivery service (using an agency driver) let them and me down. I contacted Emma at UK Logs Direct and received a prompt response so I am happy to buy from them again and also to recommend them. Their Pini Kay Oak Hardwood Heat Logs burn really well and my chimney sweep always comments on how crumbly the soot is (which I’m told is a good thing).

I've used them twice now for pallets, good quality dry logs, well packed. Delivery drivers helpful.

Update thank you UK LogsDirect for acting on my comments about the delivery issues.
Delivery service was the reason for not getting 5stars. Delivery company delivered 1 day late no updates. Lorry pallet lifter wasn't suitable for the size and weight of the pallets totally unsafe. Delivery vehicle had a driver and one other person, driver sat in his cab and didn't help his mate push a non-powered pallet truck. Total let down compared to previous years

Only firm making Hotties or Pint. All the rest now only offer Hootties XL which are hopeless as they break up and thus they burn out too quickly.
So please keep making them and I will order more before next winter.
You were also quick to deliver and the driver was nice. Do you have a stockist in East Anglia? Perhaps Rackhams of Wickham Market, Micheal, would be interested.

I've used UK Logs Direct a number of times now. Good prices, excellent delivery service. You can choose your delivery date. Delivery driver was very courteous and put both pallets into the garage for storage. I've no complaints about UK Logs Direct and shall continue to use them in the future.

aways good quality logs efficient service

Easy to order Ash logs which is the species I required. Delivered on time and early in the day, leaving plenty of time to stack away. Crate was cut up for kindling.
