Prompt Delivery but quality not 100 % consistent throughout
Delivery was prompt and price seemed reasonable. Although I was initially disappointed in the quality of some of the load which was older and inferior to the bulk of the load - some logs showing signs of rot I was very pleased with Mark's response and reassurances about how the wood would burn. Therefore. I will now certainly consider ordering another supply in future, in spite if my earlier misgivings

Excellent logs but delivery was a bit late
Great logs, nicely packed and the crates make great kindling when chopped down. 4* rather than 5* as the delivery firm arrived 2 hours past their window (with no comms) which caused us a problem as we planned to go out. This wasn't UK Logs Direct fault though. Everything else was perfect and would use UK Logs again (just plan on staying in the whole day, rather than for the delivery window specified).
