Outstanding Customer Services

I had a query about an item, I wasn't sure if it was what I needed. I sent an email on Sunday afternoon and first thing Monday morning I received a reply from customer services, which was an incredible turnaround , but what made it more amazing is that customers services had contacted the supplier and attached their reply. With the infomation provided I confidently placed my order, which was delivered two days latter

Order them well in advance

Product is good but I ordered on the 20th Dec was told on the 2nd of Jan I would recieve them the 5th they turned up on the 10th very poor really considering your paying £5.99 for delivery

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when delivery times don’t match expectations. That’s why, during the holiday season, our site features multiple advisories stating “there may be delays to some orders in the run-up to, and during, the holiday period. Items may take longer than any expected lead times displayed on products.”

Also, looking back through our emails, we can see that you were told that your delivery would be with you “the w/c the 5th of Jan.”, not specifically on the 5th itself. Thank you for your patience; we hope to have the chance to provide a much better experience next time.

Excellent customer service.

Unfortunately the wrong product was received and I telephoned on Monday morning to query this.
It was explained that the product I ordered was out of stock with no lead time as to when it would be available again so a similar product was sent. This did not meet my needs.
Collection of the product was arranged immediately without fuss and it was collected the next morning. A full refund was received two days later.
Overall excellent customer service.

Advertising stock that’s not there

Advertising stock that was clearly not in stock. Told the missing item would arrive by Saturday and it took till Tuesday. Given it was late they didn’t even send it next day delivery.

While we do maintain stock of a wide variety of items in our warehouses, we offer too many products on our website to keep them all on our shelves at any one time. As we explain in various places on our site (like the Delivery Info Tab on each product page), our standard delivery time frame is 2-5 working days. In the vast majority of cases, we are capable of getting the stock from our suppliers and passing it on to our customers within that time frame. Unfortunately, when it came to your order, our supplier let us down. This caused the delivery of one of your items to fall two days beyond our expected 2-5 working day window. We sincerely apologise for the trouble this has caused; we will strive to deliver a more prompt service in the future.

Delivery time was major issue

Delivery time was major issue . Had to stand down tradesmen due to expected delivery when it went 2 days over . When box ( of expensive switches / sockets ) arrived looked like it been through a pass the parcel game or played football with . Appalling service tbh . You need to change the courier you use because unfortunately I’m not using this service again . As for the goods …luckily not damaged but first delivery I had few weeks back was meant to be next day but alas took 48 hours . No updates from company either on delivery times or tracking . Courier failed spectacularly, and supplier should have been more concerned with customer service . Did complain but no feedback or apology .

You placed your order on the 2nd. Based on when the goods left us, they should've reached you by the 9th, but they ultimately arrived on the 10th. We understand that this was 6 working days after you placed your order, and we're sincerely sorry for the delay. This was down to our courier, who must be struggling during the current busy season. Unfortunately, they were also responsible for the state of the package, which you highlighted. We will certainly take your comments about this into consideration. Regarding communication and updates, we can see that you enquired on Sunday the 7th and that we replied to you on Monday the 8th and subsequently sent you your tracking information once the goods were on their way. Regarding your other order of items listed for Next Day Delivery, we can't find a record of that in our system. Did you use a different email address at that time?

Had issues with original light switch I…

Had issues with original light switch I ordered,contacted UK who had no hesitation in sending our a replacement and even sent a pre paid label so I could send back faulty switch,unable to fault there customer service,excellent.
