Failed delivery twice and wanted to charge
They delivered my documents to the wrong address 2 times so the delivery took a month to arrive. I've now also seen an additional charge from UK deed poll in my account. There is no contact phone number so it was very difficult to sort my enquiry as I had to reexplain the issue via email several times.

They have messed it up twice I proved it still paid as I’m going away in a month and need my child’s passport changed I had melissa too now I’m scared I’ve been frauded I won’t let this go tho il pay to the court to take this further from seeing the reviews it’s disgusting even paid when I have screen shots they messed up my child’s first name I changed his second name il take this further anyway

We would like to clarify that we do not independently change or alter the names or personal information provided on an application. Deed Poll documents are prepared using the information entered by the customer during the application process.
Before payment is made, customers are given the opportunity to review the application details and are required to tick a box confirming that the information entered has been checked and is correct. The application cannot proceed without this confirmation.
Where incorrect details have been submitted and confirmed, producing amended or replacement documents may incur an additional charge. This does not mean that information has been deliberately changed by our team.
However, if you have screenshots showing that the information you submitted and confirmed was correct but the documents you received were different, we would take that seriously. Please contact us with your order reference and the supporting screenshots so that the matter can be reviewed against the original application.

Worse Customer Service ever received I’m my life
No one respond to any emails sent to their so called support team email. All that they care about is your payment and they also sending you papers that I don’t even know if they are correct.
Very bad customer experience. Someone should at least reply one of my numerous emails.

Please use a different service
Very difficult to deal with and hard to communicate - I was stuck in a loop whereby I would email a query and get told to email them again on same email with same info. No telephone number to speak direct ever supplied. When an error was made with capitalisation, amendment could not be made and requests were ignored. Despite flagging immediately. Finally re charged to amend and this time subscribed me to a service I did not request (monthly live system). Melissa et al were never helpful and possibility the worse customer service I have dealt with. Really disappointed as I selected this service due to good reviews - I would suggest using a different service to create a deed poll.

I wouldn’t recommend them to be honest the original price to do a deed poll was quoted at £22 for an adult I ended up paying £128 because of all the things they added onto it that I didn’t ask for and I’m still haggling with them for some sort of subscription. I sup supposedly asked for, I wish I’d use a local solicitor. It would’ve been faster and cheaper I would’ve given half a star, but it wasn’t possible. they have got back to me and cancelled the subscription instead of making me wait 30 days so I’m just coming back to give them credit for doing that. 👍

This company is awful
This company is awful. They will take your money and ignore support requests. I ordered at 9.59am and cancelled my order at 10.09am but they are refusing to give me a refund as they are claiming my order was already shipped. This is a lie. Change your name via the official government website - this is not an offical office. Avoid at all costs.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from UK Deed Poll Office. I submitted my name change request and expected it to be processed within the timeframe stated on their website, but my application was not completed as promised.
Communication was poor, and I struggled to get clear updates regarding the status of my request. A name change is an important legal matter, and the delays caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Based on my experience, the service did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it to others unless improvements are made to processing times and customer communication. Please do not trust them
