Internet did NOT play ball!!
Very intermittent Internet connectivity -kept missing what was being said. Presenter handled siuation well, but very disruptive to overall experience.Would have liked a little introduction from all attendees-felt awkward being put into groups...followed by some long silences in breakout sessions!!
Very enthusiastic presenter, but would have liked more slides to put legislation into context. Difficult to follow. Lots of follow up reading, but could have sent a list of recommended documents with e-mail. Long evening session!!!!

Relevant and non-judgemental
Discussion and learning opportunities were open and non-judgemental. The tutor held the course with assuring ease and competence and was able to apply our own circumstances to the information in the course.

Very good
Presenter was very good, managed session professionally. Subject of the course is very important and while most of it, for most people, is common sense, it is still very important to emphasise certain points and I think this course managed to do it.

Disappointing experience.
I phoned and asked for help, I was promised a return phone call, nobody ever phoned.
When trying to launch courses I get error 500 all the time, the dashboard does not make sense, very clunky.

safeguarding workshop
I attended the safeguarding workshop, the person running it basically spoke for the whole three hours. Hardly any legislation spoken through and no definitive good/poor practice. Ran poorly.
