There is no way to send a message to this company to de-list an entry on their website. Consequently we receive endless calls from people attempting to contact a company that was dissolved in 2015.

Hi All, I had dealings with this scam company a few years ago. I have left probably 8 reviews on this website
about them. So feel free to look back at them
Every few months I look at this website to see who they are still ripping off. My advice to anyone is let your bank know that this company are not allowed to take money from your bank account which is what I did. When they realised they couldn’t take the money SURPRISE SURPRISE they stopped ringing - well actually the lady we were dealing with who kept changing her name (Scottish) finally put the phone down on us. Also when these people ring ask to see a copy of your written contract or a voice recording of the agreement made. NO contract not a leg to stand on. Lady who constantly pestered us was based in Edinburgh so we reported to Edinburgh Trading Standards. They have a PO Box address on their crap invoices based in London. They also have another address could be Blackburn but could not say 100 percent until I dig out all my paperwork. Another tip is to talk to whoever rings you on loudspeaker and get someone else to record what is being said. The lady we had dealings with would repeatedly ring hassling for money saying our current account needed to be settled
she would ring from a mobile but would ask us to ring the Edinburgh number. Check out any phone numbers on websites like Whocalledme and the Edinburgh number came up many times as a scam. ALSO please make sure like I did that when sending in any letters to them make sure it’s signed for and then print off the signature on the Post Office website (even though she did ring after this) but if you wanted to take it further you have proof. good luck everyone.

Very Very bad, avoid at all costs, once you have signed up you will have a very difficult job to stop them taking your money. Despite having written confirmation my account had been cancelled last year they have still taken a payment this year and its proving difficult to get it back, nothing but con artists!

Absolute rip off merchants. Reported them to my bank and they refunded my completely unnecessary payment. They have so many different names. Please ignore any calls from them!

Ben, who deals with my business, was extremely polite and knew how to get more from my business by updating my listing with you, i would definitely recommend.

I couldn't be more happier with the service I received and I hope this continues throughout the contract. The customer service I received from Melissa, my advisor was brilliant.

Complete Scam!!!

I was on the phone to them when they called me up, and thank god i decided to come to this website to look up reviews while they had me on hold. They had wanted to take out over £400 for some search engine optimization fee that i cannot remember ever signing up for, obviously they are hoping in my confusion that maybe i had signed up for something??

Let me make this clear THERE IS NO PENALTY FOR DENYING PAYMENT, i asked and there is nothing they can do legally. Hang up and move on, it's a very obvious scam.

This company has been phoning me trying to get me to pay £360.00 for a service i know nothing about, no reputable company would be phoning you on a Christmas eve wanting a payment when i refused they say they will pas this on to another department, this has got SCAM written all over it.

We have been using UKBusinessProfiles from quite a while & have been very happy with the same. The best part is their customer service, they are attentive, helpful, polite & efficient. I will absolutely prescribe your speedy, proficient and neighborly administration to other people. All around inviting and expert administration.

I have always had a steady alterations business with my regular clients but since signing up with these guys I have noticed I’m getting a lot more new customers in, which is what wanted. My account manager Claire was very nice. She knew her stuff and was very helpful in tweaking my campaign. It's nice to have that personal touch. Really good at trouble-shooting a few issues we have had and took the time to get to the bottom of the IT problems and look forward to how we can next improve our advertising with website changes. Claire was attentive, polite, helpful and efficient on the telephone and everything I asked for was actioned speedily after our conversation. I have absolutely no complaints and congratulate Claire on her attention to detail!

In 40 years of Business I've NEVER been so rudely spoken too, never been made to feel I'm in the wrong and never had an experience as bad as speaking to the team at UKL Business Profiles- even when they're in the wrong sending me the personal details of someone else!!! You can't get hold of the management team and I will never use them again. The customer is made to feel insignificant, wrong and bullied even when in there own ambition they had made the mistakes!!!

Spoke to Jackie at ukbusinessprofiles on a number of occasions and found her to be very friendly and helpful. So easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable in knowing you are using the service to its full potential.

The process of updating our listing has been easy to manage. My account manager Jackie keeps regular contact and gives me advice on how to make my advertising work to its best for our business.

On behalf of our company I'd recommend Ukbusinessprofiles very highly. Their service has helpped convert a number of sales just recently.

I have let them con me out of £419, despite the fact they told me my account was paid up to June 2020.They rang on Wednesday to see if I still wanted to cancel, as I am ceasing business after next summer I had told them earlier in the year I was cancelling my account, was told I would receive an e.mail confirming my cancellation, plus a hard copy in the post; no further payment would be taken!. So no e.mail and monies taken from my account, despicable, if they do not refund my money I am intending to take them to a fraud company. A useless company anyway, has not served my business well.

Very efficient team. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Spent well over and hour going over my listing. We are absolutely delighted.

My only complaint is i keep getting calls from miles away asking for boiler changeovers . I never thought I'd be visiting Leeds that's for sure . It's all work I suppose.

I keep getting phone calls from women demanding payment over the phone by card. I've tried searching on companies house and cannot find them, I've looked on WHOIS to find details of their website and everything is hidden for "privacy". They have sent me a pathetic looking invoice, I've asked for a breakdown nothing forth coming, I've asked for their VAT registration number again nothing forth coming, now reported.

I too was scammed but my credit card company has luckily refunded me but UKBusinessProfiles have still been allowed to keep the money. Somehow they conned me last year to pay (£355.90) & I had a vague memory of not being happy. This year a 'Ben' from the North East phoned me to say they had auto-renewed my ad. I said no thank you and you had no right. He said he would re credit my credit card but they simply took the money again (another £355.90). On checking it was only 6 months after the 1st time so not even on the yearly anniversary. I received an invoice through the post but could never get an answer on either of the numbers given.
