UKbride did appear on "Rip Off Britain" further to a recent judgment by the most senior Civil Judge in Lincolnshire, which confirmed that UKbride's auto-renewal process is fairly communicated, not onerous or unusual, in plain English, not hidden in the terms and conditions, and legally binding.
We are currently consulting legal counsel to determine whether we should pursue an apology from the BBC. It appears that the journalist spent considerable time with a couple of clients of UKbride and imposed a request for a response within a very short time frame, seemingly having already formed an opinion.
