I feel I had no option but to leave a negative review.
I ordered and paid for an item on the 21st January 2026 and I am still waiting.
I was originally aware they were waiting on stock coming in, but to wait 2 MONTHS IS RIDICULOUS.
I did ring the office not so long back but was informed they were still waiting on stock, I'm hoping UK SPARES WILL READ THIS, and make some investigation as to why a customer has to wait this long

Excellent all round. I am sorry I cannot remember your name but I spoke to you at 10.49am Mon 2nd February regarding part number 234643 for a Baxi Brazilia gas fire. Without prompting you kindly offered to go to your warehouse to check the measurement of the part I required and returned with the information I needed. About 2pm that day I ordered two items online and received them at home less than 24 hours later.

The service and courtesy from the young man at UK-Spares was exceptional and the delivery was incredibly fast. Although the cost of the items and postage was marginally more expensive than other companies the reason I chose UK-Spares over them was because they provided a phone number to speak to a human being rather than just an email address for enquiries.

What a fantastic company to deal with. I spoke to Callum and Charlie over the telephone today and they could not have been more helpful in my search for spare parts to a Ceramic Coal Fuel Effect Gas Fire.
Both were also friendly, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and professional with a fantastic work ethic. Charlie even took time out to check on the specifics of my product interest, with a visit to the warehouse while I waited on the phone.
As a result I placed an order with Charlie for a new coal bed for the Valor Dream model 740FS.
I was also very impressed when he informed me that delivery would be made the next day and it was at 11.15am wow! amazing service

Ordered the misting part for our Dimplex fake real log burner, quick fiddle with a cable, out with the rusty part, in with the shiny new one, bingo!

I needed a fan for my dimplex storage heater and a PCB for my Danville optimyst fire. Both parts arrived safely packaged. Fitted them both today and heh presto I'm warm again. Luckily I'm a retired electronics engineer whose just saved over £1000 by fitting the supplied parts myself

contacted UK spares this morning in the hope of a spare part for a rather elderly Baby Belling stove. Charlie answered my call. From the outset I was extremely impressed with the manner in which he addressed my enquiry.
He was attentive to my needs, friendly and professional and assured me that he would do his very best to locate the part I requested.
Within an hour he emailed with details of the very part and a quote for it.
In short, my ‘customer experience’ was excellent!

Charlie Pierce, he is the man! Found my spares, answered emails instantly, provided exploded views of parts and assembly.
I would have needed a new fridge/freezer without the spares so I'm better off by over £1000 thanks to his skills; made better by his diligence and courtesy.

Charlie Pearce I wish I could meet you to say thanks from the core of my heart. I am a disabled mum of four disabled kids and five of us with vision impaired so without a light in fridge was a nightmare but Charlie helped me to find the right light and now our fridge is again beaming with light showing us what is where.
