Appalling service. Utter charlatans. Very happy to take your money and then provide you with a list of hot air excuses about why they won't help with your claim.
To be avoided at all costs!!
Dreadful service. I paid an annual payment for a lifetime cover for my dog. I had to chase them up to get paper work with policy details I eventually got them 2 months after starting the policy.I should have taken this as a sign! Anyway I recently had to take my dog for treatment for a bad cut which required stitches.When I dug my pet insurance out I discovered it had lapsed a few months ago! No reminder had been sent which I am raging about. Any insurance company I have used in the past have always sent out reminders.
Have not been able to contact them on the number provided. I hope they are no longer doing business and ripping people off!
Changing company name, no correspondence, impossible to get hold of changes prices without notifying me slow to sort out claims. Everything paper bases need to get with the times really bad service provider.
If you love your pet then avoid this company. They don't care.Waited six weeks so far and no response to my claim.
My wife tried to cancel the policy as our dog had just passed away. She was on the phone for nearly and hour listening to the recorded message, she hung up. Then called again for another half an hour listening to the same message, then hung up. She went on internet to find another number for this company through Legal and General, they put her through to Apparently, Legal and General outsourced the running of this UPP but it now in house. Shocking customer service , waiting for a return call !!!!!!!!!! like asking for the waters of the moon .
Absolutely disgusting. Refused to pay for my dog for a severe stomach bug on a weekend call out because they believe he could of waited until the Monday for him to see the vet. After 2 letters from the vet stating that it was vital he was treated they finally paid out. Cancelled my direct debits and told them I no longer wanted the policy to find that they reinstated my direct debits without my consent or without my knowledge. Told me that they emailed me regarding this, however they all went to junk mail which I did not see. I am now over £70 down without pet insurance as they have refused to refund my money. Shocking money grabbing company. Avoid at all costs.
I have been wait 1 - 2 months for a claim to be responded to. It is a Legal & General pet policy that Ultimate Pet Partners are managing. Hopeless. they don't answer the direct line number Legal and General gave me.
Appalling customer service-trying to pursue a claim and never get through on the phone-despite trying on many occasions and being on hold for an hour, after being given a supposed 'direct line number' from Legal and General.
Despite checking all junk and spam email folders, I haven’t been advised about the likely increase to my monthly Direct Debt payments. Links to policy documents no longer go to a valid website, spent 2 hours on hold when I tried calling at 3 separate times of day and even received an undeliverable Microsoft message when I tried emailing customer service address. Do this company even exist anymore?? I feel it’s likely that they been taken my money illegally due to lack of communication. Have cancelled direct debit so now waiting to see if they contact me now. Avoid this company at all costs.
Worst customer service i have ever come across. Tried to cancel our policy by notifying them by phone. After 12 phone calls trying to get through to them to be continually told that all of our operators are busy, please hold and we will connect you as soon as an operator becomes available. These calls i have made have all been on hold for 30+ minutes at a time. Shocking service. Best way to cancel the policy was to cancel our direct debit.
Never claimed in the 10 years of having my dog. She recently had to have some cancerous lumps removed. Trying to get my money back is like pulling teeth. Backwards and forwards. I have to keep chasing. No communication. Would never recommend and will be moving to another provider for my other dogs as soon as renewal is due.
I have been with UPP through Legal and General for the past three years and covered three dogs with them. During that time, I've had to make several claims from treatment for eating chocolate, a serious bite that became infected and investigations in to what turned out to be cancer. I've found the company easy to navigate and quick to make payments. Cost was also very reasonable and I'd happily recommend.
As with above ratings appalling customer service. Quick to chase you if you cancel but the worst company i have had dealing with in 20 years of being a dog owner!
Totally unacceptable..ridiculously delayed and inaccurate decisions with dreadful communications. Am submitting a formal ombudsman compaint to them as the suppliers of Admiral Pet Insurance. My dog nearly died of multiple organ failure
