Terrible service.

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with UEP Fly. My flight was canceled to Menorca, resulting in me having to lose a day of work. I was also held up at the airport for 5 long hours awaiting transport to the hotel where I had to stay until the next available flight in the morning. This disruption significantly impacted my travel plans, causing me considerable inconvenience and distress.
As a first-time customer, I'm particularly disappointed in the level of service I received. I've also been told by Claims department I'm not eligible for compensation.

Avoid this airline like the plague

Avoid this airline like the plague. Our flight from Ibiza to Palma was first deboarded without providing any explanation in English (50% of the passengers clearly didn’t speak Spanish), and then took off with a 3-hour delay. We later found out that the air conditioning was broken and was pumping foul-smelling air into the cabin. The issue was clearly not fixed, as it recurred upon arrival.

Once in Palma, we discovered that not even half of the checked luggage had arrived. Despite having 4 hours to load it onto the plane, the airline failed. Thanks to AirTags, we tracked the luggage and found out it had landed in Palma, but the ground staff denied it for two hours until they eventually found the bags exactly where the AirTags indicated.

Conclusion: catastrophic organization, barely functional planes, and zero communication.

Result: missed two connecting flights.
