I really like the phone call. It was very helpful. The students advisor really take their time. Explain things into the details and show consent if I have any questions and also make sure my concern is being addressed. They really did a good job.

About three months ago, I was about to start a degree I wasn't truly passionate about here in Hamburg. Luckily, I met Mandla Qwabe, who provided invaluable guidance and helped me shift my academic focus at UE toward a path that better suits me.

Jacob has been incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive throughout my university experience. His clear communication and willingness to assist students made a real difference.

She was great in knowledge transfer and making me understand for all pros and cons of the Course.

Most of the lecturers have Indian accents, which can sometimes be difficult to understand. Also, the majority of students are from India, so it does not feel like an international university environment.

Some lecturers also do not allow recording of lectures in Microsoft Teams, saying it is against policy. However, this is unclear, especially when students can still record locally on their own systems. A clearer and more consistent approach would be helpful.

Regarding visa support, I expected more assistance from the university. The German embassy in Erbil is closed, and no one followed up with me or provided alternative solutions. As a university, you should have contacts or guidance for such situations, for example suggesting applying from another country or offering clear support options.

The first. -- After I discovered UE Applied Sciences in Germany on the Internet, and decided on the Berlin campus, thanks to Abhishek Krishnan, the enrolment process was very smooth. He took time to explain everything, including the visa and complicated banking and health insurance requirements.
