Dislike the amount of time on the phone…

Dislike the amount of time on the phone with the company, 1 phone call 20 minutes long going through all the information that I had already provided online and another phone call over 15 minutes after they validated the information that I had provided.
All completely unnecessary and a waste of my time.
Also they said that I can’t cancel the automatic renewal until I get a renewal quote from them for next year’s insurance! I hate automatic renewals!!!

After the original quotation was paid…

After the original quotation was paid for you then have to ring up for verification. this is confirming your original information exactly verbally, taking 1hr and 2 min.
Then you need the underwriters to verify.
With me they said that the insurance company criteria wasnt met, but had an alternative which with my add on was an additional £ 50 approx. at this time i needed to get cover and losing the will to live.
There is no secure payment method.
eventually you get the T & Cs.
Then you get an email 24 hrs later with the policy details link to the website.
Plus wait for it another asking for more information.
im at that stage now.
