Conair clippers are great…
The conair even cut hair clippers were in brand new condition. They arrived on time with good updates on the progress of the order. They are difficult to buy in the UK so ubuy did a great job sending them to UK. I am very pleased with the purchase.

The oven arrived broken
The oven arrived broken. It was shipped in its own box with no additional protection. It probably fell out of the box and broke at the screws. I reported this to the carrier, but they said the sender was responsible. I paid triple the price for shipping and customs, and now it’s unusable. I’m so disappointed.

I was charged a tax fee nearly equal to…
I was charged a tax fee nearly equal to the product price itself, something that was never disclosed at checkout. This is misleading and should be clearly communicated before purchase.
To make matters worse, despite paying for door-to-door delivery, FedEx failed to deliver to my address and I had to arrange and pay for an additional delivery agent to complete what I already paid for.
Overall a very disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from them again
