If there was a minus star I would have used it. My husband has dementia and I bought the watch tracker for him to wear. It just doesn't hold a charge and goes out if charge within hours. Not the days that they state online. A few emails have been sent but not been answered other than the (we have received your email ). I'm now on the look out for another tracker that actually works. I should say my husband went out and got lost, tracker out of charge even though it was fully charged that morning.
Thank goodness for a neighbour seeing him out by himself. Would I recommend. Most definitely not.

Like a lot of other people leaving reviews here, I have experienced the same treatment . At first they were very prompt & helpful with enquires I had regarding the tracker , but it was not working efficiently so I returned it , expecting a full refund as they had said I would . That was 5 weeks ago now , and I have not received one reply to my numerous emails that I have sent to them !! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated at their absolute lack of customer service when waiting for a refund . They are quick to take your money, but obviously DO NOT want to give it back . Absolutely totally unprofessional. Will be reporting them to Trades and Standards.
Need reporting to trading standards
Device does not function as advertised, and company stop responding if you request to return and refund. I returned with tracking and had to get a refund through my credit card as they wouldn't respond or process - they need reporting to trading standards!! Do not shop with them.

Terrible customer service
Further to two other recent reviews I have posted, I am again disappointed that I have had no response to my emails, as requested by Sam at Ubeequee. I had emailed Sam a few times previously, and again in recent days, to try and cancel our contract. I have had no reply to my emails. Sam needs to confirm whether my emails have been received in a reply to this review. I feel like I am being fobbed off with Ubeequee's offers to 'take requests for cancellation seriously', when Ubeequee do not follow through and respond to emails. Highly infuriating. Aweful experience
Aweful experience, I tried cancelling the subscription by following the steps given, you have to email the service desk to cancel. No one responds to my emails and they kept taking the subscription costs. I had to cancel via my credit card instead..absolute scam

Pure disgrace customer service is not even a phone number issued to get in touch with them I have emailed various times for a refund as I sent there Cat Tracker back it was unsuitable have heard nothing from them my partner is partially blind hence I emailed on his behalf wouldn't give this company house room disrespectful

Truth of this equipment and supplies
I’ve admired them from step one. I have had events with the map on my phone and as soon as it is mentioned this team bomb in to rectify any things that might have happened. If not them they are in touch immediately telling me what has happened and what I need to do to rectify. Can’t see me going with any others.

Not recommended
I am giving two stars because it is not their fault my cat lost the tracker the next day of using it although I have not been able to track it as the location is not accurate and the ring is not audible. Otherwise it would be one star.
The customer service is appalling as it is almost non existent. After 2 emails in almost 3 weeks still not heard from them apart from automated response about replying within 48 hours. I am still waiting for my subscription to be cancelled and refunded as I paid for a year.
Unless you want to take a chance that everything will be hunky dory I would not recommend this company at all where you can't ring up to speak to anyone and no one bothers to reply.

Dreadful service.
Have emailed 4 times to cancel my subscription and to get the address to return the tracker and only get an auto response saying they resolve issues within 48 hours
They do not reply so I can only assume like all other reviews this company is a scam.
I paid by credit card so if I don't hear back from this review I will contact the credit card company to report fraud.

Subscription scam. They will not let me cancel my subscriptions. You can only do it via email, and they conviniently don't respond when you email them asking for a cancellation.

Borderline fraudulent subscription management
As with numerous other customers (I now see) having scrolled through the list, [take a look!] I have seen repeated shady-bordering-on-fraudulent abuse of subscribers…repeated failure to cancel subscriptions - despite several attempts AND assurances. Just awful. Much too complicated to unsubscribe. Just disgraceful, actually. Ongoing and either incompetent or corrupt.

Shady terms of use, bad support
I have asked 3 times for my service to be cancelled and 2 times for the service renewals to be cancelled. I got one response from support on my first request that just ignored my cancellation request. All my other emails were ignored.
Since the tracker got lost, I don't actually use the service, and it looks like they are tacitly refusing to cancel my subscription.
The terms of use are very dubious, so before buying anything from Ubeequee, read them very carefully. For instance, paragraphs 5.4 and 5.5, where they reserve the right to add charges before your subscription is cancelled, which happens after they give a written confirmation back to your request (which they ignore it seems). That just sounds wrong to me.

I purchased watch and a 9.95 euro…
I purchased watch and a 9.95 euro subscription for data and calls. The only thing that worked was the tracker. When I emailed and got a new sim I couldn't track but could call not video call just regular call. I emailed a bout 10 times in two months to cancel subscription as phone does not work, but it was never canceled. I would not recommend this watch.

Dreadful. Bought a tracker for my husband with dementia for probably our last family holiday away. It doesn’t work, won’t link to the internet. Help desk have been no help. We are vulnerable to ways to help in this situation. AVOID

Ubeeque cat tracker
Great product. I have two. Both work a treat and I can track my cat most places. The call function is great. I have trained my cat to come home when the tracker rings. LOL🤣

Been promised a refund since May
Been promised a refund since May, although customer service has responded to my emails still no refund. Disappointed, as the customer service team seem very polite and promise to help but been chasing for over 2 months now.

Bought a GPS watch, father is now in nursing home so their is no need for watch. Contacted their email address to cancel subscription in June and another payment has now been taken out for July.

A great experience
A great experience. The kids gps/tracker watch is excellent. We have been able to keep track of our child and call him to check in. Piece of mind. We had zero trouble ordering another watching as the first was used constantly and ended up with an accident due to our baby. 5 stars.
Cat tracker
Have used the cat trackers for a previously indoor cat with no street smarts. Has really put my mind at ease. She did lose the tracker in some inaccessible bushes, but customer services were amazing and sent a code for a replacement at a discounted price!
