I contacted them via 3 ways (email, dispute on their page, and live chat) still no answer, still no refund. they are a rip off who take your money and don't send anything. don't trust them. go somewhere else

Ordered a collectible item, no communication, Item arrived with shipping packaging in mint condition however the manufacturer packaging inside was scratched, scuffed, dented, creased and had a sticky brown stain on the bottom. I opened a dispute through their website and got, surprise surprise, no communication. Then I opened a dispute through PayPal. This elicited a response but the seller wanted me to post the item back at my expense and would give me a refund for the purchase price once they received the item. This is not reasonable as they knowingly sent me a damaged item that they knew was useless to a collector. I believe they should bear the cost of return postage as well. Why should I be out of pocket because they are scumbags that fob their customers off with sub standard products.
UPDATE - Once they received the item I rang them. Not sure of the name of the guy I spoke to but he processed the refund there and then on the spot, no issues. Very surprised and very pleased with the service at point of contact in this instance.
So all in all the level of service at UAVME can be fantastic but can also be dismal. I would recommend speaking to them directly by phone for any and all inquiries as this seems to be the best way to get a resolution as it seems that on line stuff seems to get overlooked but service level is fine in person.

Product arrived in a few days, undamaged. A great experience. Would recommend.

Customer support is pretty much non-existent when there is an issue and if they do bother to respond it is usually some smart ar$e comment in broken English. Do yourself a favor, avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere.

Purchased a product and only used it once before it broke.
The product has lapsed the warranty period which I accept, however I was told it needs to be maintained in a very specific manner which no information is provided with the product or at the time of purchase. There was no attempt at customer service to resolve the issue at all.
