Placed on order on the website for 3 sets of brake pads. Money was taken from the credit card immediately and shortly after 'tracking info was provided' ..... long story short but after 2 weeks from when the order was placed I started to question the tracking info - which was confirmed to be 'generic' and not the actual tracking info for my order. However, the bigger issue was that the store did not actually have stock and after 2 weeks suggested I purchase a different brand. The bigger issue for me is the company blamed the 'website' for automating the dispatch, and hence they had no idea they had not fulfilled the order.

I have requested a refund and they agreed, so hopefully we will see that come through but it's just stuffed me around waiting for parts that I now need to source elsewhere.

These guys may be ok if you deal with them in the flesh at their store, but their website and order processes are very poor.

I recently purchased two scooter tyres from Tyres4Bikes and the service was outstanding. I called on a weekend and, even though they were closed, they assured me they’d call back the next day – and they did, first thing in the morning at 8am. The support before purchase was excellent, and what really sets them apart is the free shipping on tyres over a certain amount, unlike other shops that wanted to charge me around $80 extra. Everything was smooth and top-notch – highly recommended!
