This is training required by my…

This is training required by my employer. I don't mind the classes and they are helpful. My problem is that upon completion of the quiz, I receive a "badge", to me that would imply that I have completed the course...BUT NO!!!! I'm not complete until I do an activity?????? I can do this... my staff is #1. not crazy about required online training, much rather preferring 1:1

It is a great platform for continuous learning. I have done few courses so far and looking forward for continuing this online journey. There are several topics I found interesting, and I am planning to do in the coming days. It is a mix of both technical and theoretical topics. Learning is self-motivating, encouraging and refreshing. Thank you so much.

learning in the workplace

at my age 62 half of what you are going on about is common scene and in my opinion unless its carried out in a classroom its a waste of my and your time, unless you can argue or discus your answers the exercise is pointless
