The Work Place is an excellent venue in Newton Aycliffe Business Park.
We held a networking meeting which went without a hitch, the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The venue has excellent facilities, plenty of parking and is easy to find.

Great building and great staff - would have been a 5 star review but for 2 or 3 things that are important but not totally expected 1) Mobile phone signal inside the building, 2) Access outof office hours 3) Air conditioning

We've based our business out of The Work Place for three and half years now and, to sum it up, they have been faultless. Their universal attention to detail allows us to support our clients seamlessly. We have our office in the building and host regular client meetings, coaching sessions, and team workshops in the abundance of open, light, well-designed spaces; it's a pleasure to be here.

Any issues, Angela and her team are unwavering and prompt in their support. It allows us to do what we do.
The team feels like an extension of our own, partnering to ensure the best delivery we can and being as flexible as possible. This has been invaluable in navigating the pandemic. Suffice to say, they have worked tirelessly through the last couple of years to keep their tenants and delegates safe.

For a recent example, when running our emotional intelligence certification, to comply with covid regulations, we needed a larger meeting room than the one we had booked. With all other rooms booked out, The Work Place team thought fast and re-purposed one of the large communal areas - rearranging all furniture and blocking the space off to prevent distraction to our delegates. They proceeded to provide the usual food/drinks to the new location. This agility helped us continue to deliver the work we do to the standard we aspire to.

Staff extremely efficient assisting our company when booking meeting rooms at last minute! Plenty of options regarding rooms, food and drink. We've used twice now and would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

I couldn't recommend the Work Place enough. Not only is the service always friendly, professional and extremely helpful but the venue itself is lovely. I've used them for a huge number of events, conferences and training courses over the years and the service provided is always second to none!

A special mention to the wonderful Alex for always putting up with my random, huge last minute lists of dates for training courses and for always doing her best to accommodate.

Perfect. Ideal location, easy access from A1 and train station. Modern, friendly atmosphere. Always made to feel welcome, The staff are ovely and nothing is too much to ask. Highly recommended.

Having held a networking workshop at The Work Place recently I was very impressed with the facilities and staff, nothing was to much trouble for them - the catering was really nice to.
The room was large, bright and airy.
Those that commented on the use of the venue said they thought it was a great place.
