Silver ring
I bought a silver ring, than i found out that it wasn’t my size, so i ask for the return. There was the option for send the wrong size to receive the right one for free. They were very quick.

Disappointed with Product Quality and Customer Service from TWOJEYS
I purchased a silver necklace from TWOJEYS, expecting a high-quality product based on the brand’s reputation and pricing. Unfortunately, after wearing it for just 1-2 weeks, the necklace began to discolor and turned black, which was surprising given the care I took with it. This level of tarnishing in such a short time is concerning for something marketed as silver.
When I reached out to TWOJEYS customer service, I was provided with a standard reply, which included a link to their silver care guide. I followed all the recommendations, but sadly, the discoloration persisted. While I appreciated the response, it didn’t resolve the issue or address my concern about the necklace’s rapid deterioration.
To gain further clarity, I consulted with a silver specialist who informed me that the necklace might not be solid silver, but rather silver-plated, which would explain the discoloration. This left me feeling uncertain about the material quality.
While I understand that issues can happen, I was disappointed that there wasn’t more proactive customer support or a solution offered. I hope TWOJEYS will take this feedback into consideration and perhaps offer more transparency about their products. A refund or resolution would be appreciated, but more importantly, I hope this helps future customers make informed decisions.
EDIT: I have reached out to the customer service via email before and got a similar standard reply as here. Even though I told them that I have tried to clean it the way they were suggesting and that I treated it the way they are explaining in the policies.
The email reply came after 2 minutes and still they were apologising for the late response. This shows that it was either an automated reply or just a copy paste reply without even reading or addressing what I was writing.

An absolute Joke of a company
Absolutely disgusting from the company. I Paid £175 and was charged £47 on top by UPS for Fees & Taxes AT MY DOOR.
Two Jeys do not make this clear. They have it in small print saying you may have to pay etc. At no point do they say it will be 30-40% of your purchase. This company is a con. I have never once seen this by any company not paying the taxes themselves.
Also - the quality is poor. Cheap & Nasty. Not close to how much they charge.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. Necklace broke in month 7 having only been worn a handful of times and NO compensation given! Could not believe it. Recommend shopping for jewellery at Monica Vinader or similar where warranties are 5+ years, not the daylight robbery experience at Twojeys.
1 year warranty displayed on website is false. It’s actually up to 6 months they’ll consider it, then month 6-12 they’ll give you a minor discount on their website, which is a bit of a slap in the face isn’t it. Trying to fleece more money out of unhappy customers!
Separately, lovely product (when it’s not broken) and lovely in-store experience. Just totally let down by awful customer service.

Bought melted star necklace + icon yin yang necklace and garden bracelet which are way more expensive things. Necklaces just darkened crazy after 6-7 uses. Like 5$ necklace but price on website which is like 142$. As for the bracelet, it broke suddenly after 5 days use. I send them like 5 mail 5 dm also comment their post. They just do not care. Such a Shame

I ordered a ring, cleaning kit, and a keychain for my boyfriend’s birthday and I kept checking for shipping updates but my order still didn’t ship, so I contacted them via email a day later and they replied two days after saying that the keychain was out of stock and offered me alternatives, so I asked for one of the alternatives which is to refund the keychain amount and ship my order. It’s been 4 days and no reply even though I’ve contacted them from 3 different emails to try and get a reply. My boyfriend’s birthday is so close now and I have no hope in giving him the gift on his special day anymore. Truly disappointed. Ship my order now.

Dissapointing ring quality and customer attention support
Bought the Aim for the moon ring a bit less than a year ago and the shape of the ring has deformed so much that I struggle to even put it on. I emailed custom support asking for a new one or a refund and they did not help me (even being inside of the 1 year warranty period). They said 'if it had been a manufacturing problem, it would have occurred at the beginning of the year, not now' which makes absolute no sense. I took good care of it and didn't use it in any unadvised situations.
So overall I can say it's a very dissapointing experience. The merchandise quality does not match their product's quaity and their customer attention support is a waste of your time!!!!
/EDIT (response to the reply):
1st: As I assured before, the ring was only used with care (I can strongly disagree with your 'expert product team', it was not misused at all)
2nd: When I contacted you to get a replacement/refund I was ver much so inside the 1 year warranty. I have screenshots to prove it but can not add them here with the editting option (so do not lie pls)

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED OF LIBERTY RING
One of the rings I bought, called LIBERTY is made of super thin material and now it is broken, with less than 3 months of use. The low quality of the materials has disappointed me, because I gave it to my son as a present and he was very exited about having something from your brand. Your merchandise quality does not match the price of it !!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
