I really recommend this company! I spent a long time researching which one would be the best and I came across Twlinch. The record I ordered is amazing - the sound is of high quality and the cover is simply beautiful. I had a problem with the cover at first (it was missing the text) but Matic was so supportive and understanding, he sent me a new reprint for free, although the mistake was on my side. The staff are the most helpful which just makes the product that more enjoyable!!

Quality of the product is top notch. Twlinch is great way to get a one-off custom record made. The print quality is perfect and the sound is much better than you'd expect from a lathe cut record. If you only need one copy of a record made this is the service you should use. Customer service and communication is very good as well.

The process was very easy and straight forward with a designated site you can upload your artwork and music at, the team (Matic) was very helpful and responsive via email and even helped me with the designs I uploaded to make sure everything looked great. I wanted to make a present for my girlfriend with a tracklist from the game she feels very nostalgic about. I picked the arts, shuffled around the tracks on the plate sides, a few weeks and voila! The quality exceeded my expectations! I would recommend using the service! The app is also very convenient, the only thing to improve is to notify when the order has been taken into work.

Their process of picking the vinyl is so simple, they walk you through every step. Their portal is so easy to use, their team (Matic!) was responsive and helpful. It arrived fairly quickly considering it's the holidy season. And most importantly, the vinyl sounds incredible and I'm soooo excited to gift this.

Ordered from twlinch to get a one off vinyl for songs my sister and I have recorded as a fathers day present. We uploaded out own artwork. The vinyl came surprisingly quickly and in time for father's day.

They even offered to help fix some small irregularities spotted in our illustrator designs for free!

And once i started the process with them, i got to learn that they have a really great customer service (matic was helping me with everything and we’ve been emailing quite alot🤭) the vynil was delivered fast and was better than i expected.
