Ordered a month ago, nothing sent out. Tried emailing - nothing back. No phone number. Have to get refunded via paypal. Ridiculous (non existent) customer service. Avoid.

Terrible experience! I made a purchase and received the wrong product. This was communicated to the shop immediately and the package sent back by post on the same day it was delivered.
It is now way over the deadline for my refund, they have received and signed my return package, and the company keeps ignoring my emails.
I'm starting to think I lost my money, or will have to contact a lawyer and report the shop in order to get it back!
STAY AWAY from this shop. They may be in business for however long, but their customer service sucks and they won't give your money back. I should have gone with Amazon.

Really impressed with the service on offer here. Delivery didn't cost me a penny and the prices are arguably some of the best. Not only was the shipping free, it was also next day (despite me not paying for next day)

I have to say what a pleasure it is to shop online with absolutely no issues at all. Placed the order and it arrived the next day in very subtle plain packaging. Shopping online can sometimes be frustrating. This was a great experience and I will be back for more before Christmas. 10/10

As with the previous poster I got no dispatch email despite the website claiming that I would get one within 24 hours. Emails and calls have been ignored although my money was taken through paypal. I will be looking to paypal to get a refund.

Money taken but no reply to emails or via phone even after 2 weeks since ordering DESPITE next day promises on the site. Very poor service! Seeking refund through PayPal.

After reading a product review on another website I thought I would give this site and the product a try. The product was called the Ultimate Clit Tickler and had received a rave review from another Twisted Miss customer. I waited in anticipation.......for less than 24 hours :) I am not going to post a full on product review but will say I was not left disappointed and also the service received was pretty impressive. I placed my order at lunchtime and it arrived whilst having breakfast the next morning....oh and in very discreet packaging!

I have used this company a couple of times now and they have always provided an excellent service and I have found the products to be of good quality and well priced.

Had a problem with refund ! The seller was giving funny answers and all the time was other reason to delay refund! it took more than 2 month to get money back!

I have to admit i had done my fair share of online shopping with various adult shops and I have had some good and bad experiences, but about two years ago I found Twisted Miss who I now shop with every time. Not only do they stock practically everything i ever need but it gets to me quickly and they also send me a discount code every month to get some pretty generous discounts!

I recommend them very highly and they certainly make shopping with them easy with no hassle and most importantly plain packaging!!

Very impressed with this site, and excellent customer services. Will deffinatly be using them again.

I have now received a full explanation for this state of affairs along with a full refund and am happy to report that the owner is genuine and trustworthy. I trust that this also means that this won't happen again to anyone else and so have added this information and changed the rating from 0 to 5* in anticipation of same.

Brilliant website, i'm just disappointed it's taken me so long to find it.

They have it all and it's all very competitively priced, ease of ordering and customer service is second to none.

My order arrived on time, in perfect condition all very discreetly packaged away from prying eyes, not to mention the free gift that was included unexpectedly.

Will definately be using Twisted Miss again in the future.

I have now been shopping with Twisted Miss for a few years and thought it was about time I gave them a public review. Firstly their products are always top quality and I have never had to return a product to them. My orders have always arrived within 2-3 days maximum but mostly they arrive the next day. I did have an issue with one of my orders that took a bit longer than expected, but as soon as I let them know they sent an immediate replacement. Typically the original order arrived on the same day as the replacement but they were quick to make sure I was not inconvenienced any longer.

I have also frequently received discount codes and special offers which i must say are without any doubt the most generous that you will fine from any online retailer.

I will never shop anywhere else and can assure you there will be no disappointments at Twisted Miss who are first class.

Great quality. Fast service. Excellent post sales. Highy recommended by a "well satisfied" customer.
