I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I had to for this one. The lights have completely changed the atmosphere in my living room. I turn them on every evening and it just feels so much more peaceful in there.

Only knocked a star because delivery took longer than expected. Product itself is lovely, looks even better in real life than in the photos. Really happy with it.

Got 2 Starlit starburst solar lights. Very poor plastic construction. Received with all the wires folded over... Flimsy metal wires that are impossible to place into the shape they show on the advertisement. Tried for 15 minutes but it just looks like droopy mess. Not at all what was advertised. Don't be fooled by the pictures. Waste of money.

Twinkling Trees is lighting up my backyard at night and they are really beautiful!

I cannot get in touch with anyone! No response from the email customer service. No confirmation email, no shipping information - nothing! But they accepted the payment! This is awful. If I could just speak with someone!

I've had this for maybe 3 weeks and it has genuinely not moved from my bedside table. I turn it on the second I get home. My roommate has already ordered one. I don't know what else to say, it's just one of those things.

What I saw in photo format is not what I received. A skinny box with lights at the end of copper wires that somehow I’m supposed to magically form into the appearance of what you advertised. Be honest with your consumers and show them EXACTLY what they’ll be getting. Do better.

We ordered the Christmas tree, what arrived was NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERT.

When contacting customer services they advised they used special lights for photography , which would explain the differences . No amount of special lighting could make what I received look good.

The star on the top of the tree had 5 not 7 points the colours were totally wrong the lights on the advertised tree there were circa 33 on mine 17! There were details missing, quality was horrendous.

On contacting CS they said I can return for full refund but to do that would have cost a lot as it’s going back to Australia, was offered a 50% refund , which I took, but honestly these trees not worth £2.99 let alone the sale price of £29.99!

Please avoid buying the twinkling Christmas tree!!

Does what it says. Looks great. No complaints.

Planted these in my front garden bed and they look great after dark.

Bought Blissful Dandelion lights - arrived but not item advertised on website! Cheap / poor quality.
Wished I looked into this company properly!
Appears an ethical company, but when challenge poor customer care, only offer 50% refund/ or full refund but you have to pay shipping/ or full value voucher to spend on something else on their website!!
Sadly it appears a lot of people have been caught out by this company- beware!
Im going to report them Trading Standards as they target UK buyers 🤞

Very disappointed to say the least!! Ordered 10. The light generated is no where near the advertised pictures. It’s deceptive and misleading. Additionally, all factual negative comments are deleted from their Facebook advertisements. Customers therefore making their purchases as a result of imbalanced reviews

Ordered the ceramic Christmas trees which were absolutely terrible poor shoddy product save your money and don’t bother at least with Temu you know what your getting and I’ve had much better from them at a fraction of the cost

We love our twinkling tree! I placed it in front of a window so that at night, we see both the tree and its beautiful reflection. We find it well made and it arrived in a timely manner.

I bought my tree at COSTCO and had no issues. It is beautiful and well made. I have it on an outside covered porch where it graces the community at night after sundown with lots of light. Stunning

Had a small issue with my olive branch order, one section wasn't lighting up. Contacted TwinklingTree and honestly expected to wait days. They got back to me within the hour, walked me through a quick fix, and when that didn't work they sent a replacement right away. That kind of response is really hard to find. Great product, even better service.

I received my order today and was absolutely disgusted. All 4 of the Blissful Bright Dandelion florets, whilst very delicate, were just squashed into a packing box and completely disheveled, to the point where they can’t be fixed. Additionally, where the floret attaches to the stem the shaft is broken and won’t stay in place. These things are so expensive and of such poor quality that they look like they’ve been bought at a $2 shop. DO NOT BUY THEM

The order never arrived and having couriers that don’t have tracking or any kind of information or photographs to prove delivery is ridiculous in 2026. I did get a replacement but it was not really worth the money or the trouble. Don’t use PayPal to order. They will always side with the seller without looking into your complaint.
