It was much smaller than I thought
The twinkel was much smaller (en hollow )than I thought. But the service was good. It was delivered in 4 or 5 days. And the Wright amount was written of my credit card.

then I have to ask you who put in on?
We deliver the Twinkles with bonding instructions for the dental professional.
If these instructions are followed the gem should be securely bonded to any live tooth. It does not work on crowns or porceline teeth.If it falls off, and there is composite remaining on the backside, it can't be rebonded.
We cannot assume any responibility for the bonding as it is performed by 3:rd party. Please send me a mail from the homepage and we'll try to find a solution for you regardless.

Needs a better way to show size
Everything turned out fine and I actually liked the size, but the crescent moon is smaller in person (looking much larger on the models teeth than mine)
Overall I really enjoyed it. However, it would be great if Twinkles made a moon facing the other direction.

Poor communication
My order processed smoothly however I received no confirmation email that my item had been shipped, nor did I receive a response to my queries regarding when items would be shipped and why I was not notified. My order took roughly 8 days to arrive (which is a fast turn-around for delivery) however the lack of actual support i received from the site was very off-putting and I likely would not order again for this reason.

I can only apologize, without informing me, my provider had problems with the mailservers and failed to inform me. I found out from a customer calling me and now it is tested and working. We answer any mails within 24 hrs, love to get mails from our customers.
