I have shopped several times with Miranda at Twinkle on The Web. For both my son who is 2.5yrs old and my daughter who is now 6months old. There is such a great range of products.
I have always found Miranda so knowledgeable and much more helpful than another retailer we sought advice with in our early days. Miranda has given us extremely helpful advice on numerous occasions and suggested products that work well for both my babies and me! Sometimes this would mean not even gaining a further sale because it’s making the most of what we had already. Which is great when you’re on a budget.
Everything we’ve ordered has always been delivered within expected timescales and in fully compostable packaging.
Really can’t find fault with the service at Twinkle on the web.

I ordered some lunaundies from twinkleontheweb and having paid and not heard anything for a month I email only to be told they were discontinued and there were no stock left, and that i was emailed about this already, I thought this was a bit rude and was trying to blame me for not reading my email (which I did not receive telling me they did not have any) and only to come across the same ones again on the website even though I was told they were discontinued sadly it has been so belittling that I don't want to use them again.

Good helpful service. Fast delivery. Biodegradable packaging. I would definitely use them again.

I always find this site has a nice variety of cloth nappy related items at good value or cheaper prices and also good sales. And they have nice customer service too.

What this Lady doesn't know about nappies doesn't need to be known! Advised on size as she felt I'd ordered the wrong size and she was right! So pleased with my purchases

Wanted to use cloth nappies for this baby but found lots of conflicting information all over, this site it is quite detailed but easy to follow what you need and has a good choice of organic nappies too. I placed my order on Friday about 2pm and was rung an hour or two later to check I actually wanted all of the different sizes I'd ordered, which I didn't as I had made a mistake on one and clicked way too big a size for one nappy I ordered. Got my delivery on Saturday morning just after 10, and with the right size too. Very impressed. Would use again definitely. Just need the baby now lol!

I did ordered nappies there. They were never derived and after 3 months of trying to contact them in all sorts of ways I now know that I will never see my money back. They never answer the phone and never reply to your messages. After sending a dozen of emails i got a single reply saying that they did ship the order and then they did ship the order again - which is not true. They did not even confirm the address they send it too, just replied "you keep sending the same email over and over again". I did reported them as scam website so they will shortly be prosecuted.

Made a purchase on this site 13 days ago, got the message with confirmation that the order delivery takes 5 working days, nothing came, started to write on email on the site - 0 response, few days later called - answer machine "we call you back" - nothing. Wrote again on the official email from the site - no response at all. Now have to start dispute on this transaction.
