POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought through a 3rd party supplier 1st class
Delivery by 3rd party 1st class
Then it goes down hill a bit.. Instructions were not upto date for the lift I had bought. Minor problem as I,m fairly handy.
Then the nuts and bolts are poor quality and snagged from the start.
Then the nuts and bolts and washers that secure the top plates to the post were not the right ones. M12 nuts M10 bolts.
Contacted twin bush uk. No apology for their mistakes. But said they would send out replacements. Took 5 days for these to be sent..
He also sent me updated instructions..IN GERMAN.. Then got a snotty and sarcastic email from Edward lloyd their uk salesman..As I said to him I hope I don’t live to regret buying this lift..Twinbush TW436P-230-G 4 post lift.
