Ordered mug on June 6. Tried calling and emailing that I never received merchandise. Asked for refund. No response to any inquiries. Out the money and no item.

Great birthday gift!
Ordered a custom shirt as a birthday gift. It arrived about a week later and looked great. I was worried based on the reviews I read here, but ended up having a great experience. Nice quality and quick.

The wrong product was sent
The wrong product was sent. I notified the company thru email and they responded asking for pictures. I sent pictures of the product and the receipt. I’ve never heard back again. I’ve sent numerous emails and left voice messages. Very frustrated.

Warning - A total scam.
I ordered and was charged for a shirt from Twicethetees, but it was never delivered and no order update or refund has been provided. I've tried to contact customer service multiple times via both email and phone over the past month, but have yet to get any response.

twicethetees.com is a SCAM
I would leave zero stars if I could. I ordered a t-shirt from their website on 11th Dec, paid by Paypal. The only confirmation I got was the Paypal email. Their site says all tees are dispatched within 2 - 3 business days. I emailed them on 12th Dec as I hadn't received a confirmation email (I had an order number from the checkout confirmation screen after the site accepted my order and payment). Luckily I'd taken a screenshot of the order confirmation page as it was a site I'd never used before. I sent them the order confirmation screenshot and asked if I could have an email invoice and an update on when my order would be shipped.
No response.
I emailed them again on 14th Dec to chase.
No response.
I had to claim a refund via Paypal. This site takes your money then doesn't send you anything or respond to emails. SCAM
