Fantastic buying experience. Highly recommended!

I had a terrific experience with this company from start to finish. I bought a hard drive upgrade kit for my tivo on ebay. I was a bit reluctant to buy on ebay, but they were awesome! The drive kit shipped quickly and arrived within a couple of days. THe instructions were crystal clear and tools were included for opening the tivo. From start to finish the upgrade took about 20 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Simple and Easy - Fixed my TiVo!

The whole thing was pretty straightforward - I ordered, they shipped, and I installed.

I asked some questions before I ordered, and they came back with quick, complete answers. Shipping was fast. And all of the parts came.

I really don't know what to say, except I have no problem in fully recommending this company.
