While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Opaque and unethical and illegal process with unsubstantiated and vague plagiarism and AI-detection claims

Opaque process with unsubstantiated plagiarism and AI detection claims. Applied as an experienced scientific writer, rejected citing plagiarism/AI-similarity without evidence.

When I provided an authentic Grammarly report showing 0% plagiarism and 0% AI similarity, they took 24 hours to provide a report showing plagiarism.

They failed to analyze my solution for quality, content flow, scientific evidence, grammar, and the accuracy of answers with respect to the questions.

They provided an illogical, illegal, and unethical suggestion: that because my content was similar to AI-generated content and plagiarized, it was suitable only for their undergraduate projects, and that they are willing to take me on to write content for their undergraduate projects, which contradicts academic standards.

They said that, due to plagiarism and AI similarity in my content, they want to assign me undergraduate projects, confirming that they allow plagiarism and AI similarity scores in undergraduate content.

No transparent criteria. Failed to assess content quality. I do NOT recommend them to genuine writers.
