I purchased a picture of birds, made from coloured glass, sitting on a branch. You would need to be very imaginative to see these lumps of shapeless glass as birds. A 5 year child could do a better job.....it was only After the transaction was complete that my worst fears were confirmed. A junk Company from China. They should have to state where the goods come from...but then most sensible people would switch off and forget the whole business!!! Had Mega problems with John Smith over a mini chain saw being returned and refunded. Had to involve my bank!!! KEEP CLEAR OF THESE RUBBISH COMPANIES!!!!!

The product is of low quality, certainly not an "outdoor" product and not even close to the advertised colour. The "easy return" policy involves either a discount off an unwanted item, or sending the product back to China at a cost of £60% of the paid price.
I am very dissatisfied with the whole experience.

Just purchased a breathalyser from this company. OMG! What can I say. Instructions are ALL in Chinese with the exception of "High-precision alcohol tester" on the box. Hmm, that's really helpful!
I have absolutely zero confidence in the result it may or may not give so as far as I am concerned, it's £44 odd quid down the drain which is going to be quickly followed by this piece of Chinese s**t! There are plenty of other breathalysers on the market so I would suggest you absolutely avoid this one.

To be honest, I was a little uneasy at the beginning since this was the first time I had dealt with this company and when you are selling/buying online you can be taking a risk. That said, I am completely satisfied with my experience with TurnTronics and would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell an Apple product.

I was looking for a safe and reliable way to sell my iMac. TurnTronics' BBB rating (A+) and the prepaid shipping label got my attention. From quote to payment, the process was quick and easy. Email from Chris and FedEx tracking kept me informed. Customer service like this is rare.

This was a seamless transaction from the get -go. Chris told me what would happen and it did. Exactly as promised from shipping to check about a week total. Very pleased would deal with them again in a heartbeat.

Went on their website, put in iMac info and was given a price. Actually called the company (twice) to verify sales and shipping info. They gave a larger value than the other online sites I tried and posted a check as soon as they finished testing. Overall very good experience and would use again.
