Had what I needed at a fair price. My only issue was FedEx damaged package, so it was sent back before being delivered to me, and the re-delivery arrived too late for me to use, so I had to purchase locally.

From the first product I purchased from Turner I realized this would be my one stop shopping for BMW parts. I have tried other suppliers but continue coming back to Turner for the consistent customer service and quality. This year I am approaching the 10K mark for items purchased through Turner's online store. The customer service is fantastic, shipping is very fast, packages come well protected, and the quality is always at a level I would be happy to put on my cars. Even when I have occasionally had to email them, their response has usually been within a couple of hours. I really appreciate their customer support and focus on assisting home installers who sometimes run into issues that aren't easily remedied via a web search.

Quick shipping, very good quality product and excellent customer service

I race in WRL.and NASA, so parts availabilty is an important factor for purchase. All items were claimed to be in stock. The night before the ship date, i got an email notification that the parts were backordered. This happened 3 times until it took 4 weeks to get the parts. If it were the middle of race season, I might have missed a race. If youre a tuner, they have a great catalog, and may be worth the wait. If youre a racer, go to Bimmerworld. Much better experience and much better communication.

Ordered and paid for two front shocks and springs. The shocks are direct shipped from Bilstein, but unknown to me they needed to be manufactured in Germany.! Contacted Bilstein US and were informed it will be a month until they are in the US. No ETA from Turner. Bilstein do not ship direct so expect all communication from Distributors.
I should mention that the springs have already arrived.

I was able to locate and purchase parts for my e46 M3 and had a great experience, I will definitely be a returning customer. I over-ordered some parts and had no problem returning them for a full refund to my PayPal account which was a great option for payment online without worrying about sharing my credit card information.

Good customer service and excellent parts and prices. I am only giving a rating of 4 starts because I was sent the wrong part (two of the same side) with different part numbers on an order. When I discovered the mistake, I was unable to get the correct item shipped out to me without double paying and then being refunded even those I provided tracking with the returning the wrong part. In the end, the issue was resolved, it just took longer and extra money that I was later refunded.

Did wheel bearings on a E60 BMW Xdrive i just got... Would have forgot to get new lock nuts and lock rings... Turner Had all the parts I needed... Plus good German F.A.G. bearings... I have bought from them before... and Will be back for More! Jaron
