This is the second time I've purchased and I can't fault them. The detail and quality is second to none. We always get comments on our picture. Fantastic company

We were totally confident in their work, very attentive to our requirements and the proof of the picture is outstanding. This is going to make a great gift for our grand baby puppy😊

They have owed us (a church charity) over £300 for a stall they had at our winter craft fair last November. They never paid their invoice and are now ignoring all communications which have been sent numerous times to 3 different email addresses we can find for them. At least it looks like they reply to these reviews so here's hoping they do before we consider legal action.

We came across Lucy Turner by chance whilst visiting a local garden centre. We were drawn to a wonderful display of high quality pet portraits in different settings. We liked the style and ordering there and then was easy. We emailed her a photo of our dog and chose the required canvas and within a couple of days we received a proof. We did ask for a couple of small changes and again a proof was sent for our approval within a day or two. We loved it and our canvas arrived within 48 hours. Great service, fabulous pet portrait and would recommend anyone who wants a fun portrait to look no further. Thank you Lucy.

I came across Turner & walker by chance at our local garden centre and the art work made me stop in my tracks. I am so in love with my boy dressed as Tommy from peaky blinders. The detail is incredible even has his paw in his trouser pocket. The colouring of my boy is perfect and that is hard to do with his markings. I would highly recommend Turner & Walker as I am genuinely blown away.

Such a clever use of the most appropriate picture - from the ones I sent - to match the chosen setting. Also brilliant blending of the images and lovely little touches like the appropriate paws. You could really believe my dog had posed for the picture

Excellent service, there was a couple of minor tweaks I requested which were sorted very quickly. Super happy with the finished result.

I purchased to portraits one of a horse in Harry Potter outfit and one of Paddington for my dog, and I was blown away when they arrived. I saw this company at a show exhibition about a hour away from home while I was trying to find a birthday gift for my sister, and it was just meant to be. From ordering to delivery the whole experience can not be put at fault, I was kept update with how my orders was getting on and the whole team have been great. If you want a unique gift or even just for yourself like I did then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Turner&Walker to anyone. They even gave me a free wine stopper for my sister birthday. 1000% recommend!

“I initially gave this company a glowing review, but my experience has since been appalling. I ordered a print, which arrived crooked. When I complained, they asked me to send it back for correction, which I did. However, it was returned to me in an even worse state than before. After waiting over a week for a response, they blamed the postal service and refused to take responsibility, saying I’d have to pay postage to send it back again.

The packaging was unacceptable—just a plastic bag and a piece of cardboard—so it’s no surprise the item arrived damaged. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to pay extra to receive an item in the condition I paid for.

It feels like this company has taken my money and completely washed their hands of me. Now I’m stuck with a crooked print of my dog, and they clearly don’t care. Thankfully, I only paid half price for this at a Christmas fayre, but even that feels like too much. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.”

Poor quality work and unacceptable customer service

Turned out better then I ever could imagine it could be.

We met Lucy at Yorkshire wildlife park and when we saw the work she does, it was hard not to purchase something! She was really friendly and approachable, quick and easy process and we are super happy with the preview of our portrait! Can’t wait to receive it over the next few days 🤩

Absolutely 5 star!! I met this lovely lady and her art work at a Christmas market and I was blown away by her work. I couldn't resist ordering there and then! I've seen work similar but I love the quirky twists that turner and walker have and that makes them stand out from the rest! Amazing and I will definitely be recommending to anyone and everyone! This is my 2nd pet portrait, and I think this will be an annual occurrence. The choice of pictures available amazing (the hard part is choosing what style) Each time the process was super easy, I sent over a couple of pictures of the pooch over and then wait for the art work to be completed. When I purchased the voucher I was told it would be late January before it would be completed, however Lucy and team must not have slept as I've been sent my latest proof today to give the thumbs up. Just need to wait now for this years portrait to arrive. ❤ Thank you (❁´◡`❁)
