At least tell people in advance that you are cutting down the free version completely, so we can find the replacement?

There's been a bug for quite some time, I've brought it to their attention numerous times but I keep getting the same generic reply that they know and are working on it... This bug has existed for years now. I do not recommend this app at all.

If I could give them zero stars I would but there's no option for that.
Customer service is non-existent.
Their software is buggy and when it stops working it not only doesn't connect to the VPN, but it locks you out of your "normal" connection.
Don't give these people your money they don't deserve it.
