I purchased TunePat Netflix downloader and it's been working great so I decided to get TunePat HBOMax trusting that it would be the same; bad mistake. TunePat HBOMax did not work at all and wasn't able to download a single video since purchased. I contacted customer support right after I noticed the software wasn't working and they kept telling me to be patient and that their techs were working to fix the issue. After multiple attempts to fix and still wasn't working so I asked for my refund back and was told that my "refund period was ended." I have all the email records as proof if only I could upload them here.

So I would definitely make sure the softwares are working correctly before making a purchase and don't assume all of their softwares will work the same just because you got lucky with one.

Does not work as promised. Unable to download with multiple fails. Cannot choose external drive.

hiya i bought two software 1 netflix it works fine then i bought disney plus error code 6200 i have mailed them but no answer just waitting them to contact me or i will av to go some were else theres no online help to speak to any one was going to buy more software but mmm now am getting 6003 code come on tunepat whats going on

Tunepat is downloading the picture of the movie instead of the video. Contacted support but got no response. Don't buy. Too many problems

Some time ago I was looking for my favorite childhood series and recently Amazon released the series in the best quality I had ever seen, but I could not afford to pay each month and I was looking for a long time a program to download it, but all had some failure, as they were closed randomly, or did not take all the chapters at once, until I found this program. With it, just select a link and automatically appear all the chapters in the program which has made my life much easier, plus it allows encoding in h.265 which greatly accelerates the download time, also allows generally choose the quality of the video, languages etc., which with other programs I could not do it, it is also worth noting its price which for me is quite economical considering what you save by being able to download movies and videos without having to buy them as they do on you tube or similar, also offer various programs other than Amazon, including Netflix, hulu, disneyplus, tidal etc., at the moment I have tried those of netflix and amazon and it is exactly the same experience above all it helps me a lot the theme that allows to download not only the languages, but also, the types of audio to be able to have them all, then it has the option to download the audios in 5.1 that helps me a lot, since I have the system 5. 1 system in my house and the others did not give me that option, they all converted it to stereo, also comment the video quality, with the other programs I do not know why, but the video seemed to look choppy, as if it lacked fluidity, but with this one I am surprised by the fact that it seems that it looks even better than on the web itself without exaggeration.

I've been using the TunePat Spotify Converter for about 3 months now, and I still haven't had any problems with the software. It can download Spotify music into MP3s or the other supported types (AAC/WAV/FLAC/AIFF/ALAC). You can then transfer the MP3s to your phone and play them offline. Also, the converter keeps all the ID3 tag information, so your artist, album, album cover, stays. Moreover, you can choose the audio quality. The better the quality, the bigger the file. I usually just make a Spotify playlist, and let the converter download the songs into MP3s. Based on my experience with TunePat, I really don't see a reason to not try it out. It takes usually around ~10 seconds to download a song, which is pretty good considering it's a converter. The converter gets updated pretty often which is a positive. I used to download them individually from youtube, using a youtube to mp3 converter, which took up a lot of time. It also didn't have ID3 tags. You don't even need to have Spotify downloaded on your computer, it uses the online player, which can also be a plus when you want to download music on the go. Anyways, I've only used the Spotify converter, but I've heard good things about the other ones, you might as well try it. There are converters for Amazon Music, Apple Music. Also, TunePat has video converters. I haven't tried them either but have heard they work pretty well. Customer service has always been fast and reliable. I would recommend the Spotify converter to basically anyone, there are so many pros that come along with it. I haven't had any issues after 3 months, and I will continue to use it. It downloads 200 songs in under an hour, which is pretty good.

After using Tunepat Spotify converter at a promotional price for a year I did not renew, although I pondered procuring a lifetime subscription.

When I lived in California Tunepat was fast and nearly perfect. Now I live in New Mexico and conversion is slow with constant stalls and have to "force quit" the application. I thought maybe my home wifi was slow so I went to a coworking space with 300mbps wired ethernet and it was still slow with stalls.

Furthermore, the Output Filename protocols changed on recent versions. There are no dashes or user options to insert dashes between artist and album, for example. I contacted Tunepat and received a reply that the concern was forwarded to the tech department. Alas, I think the Output Filename shall remain convoluted.

I'll check back in spring 2022 after my Spotify Premium promotion expires to see any possible Tunepat improvements and ascertain if re-subscribing is in order.

I have purchased ALL of the downlaoders for video. Amazon, Netflix, and Disney work rather well. I wish Disney did above 720p, but Amazon & Netflix at least does 1080p with some titles.

This new outfit, samemovie.com. I'm a little confused by it. They are offering the exact same tools with a different brand tag on it. Its a little odd. I emailed both companies, because i want to be sure my 'lifetime' license does not go stale if they change the name of the company, and leave me behind to buy again. I wont do that. I got screwed by slysoft when they went redfox the same way. Anyway, Both say they are 'sister' companies, but they offer the exact same things, and the updates have the exact same notes. Strange what is going on there.

I purchased the Hulu (currently at 1.1.0) and the HBOmax (currently at 1.0.2). These two have had a lot more growing pains than the others. HBOmax tool has yet to deliver a finished download. They ALL fail at 0.7% with a -8001 error. Hulu will finish a download, but there is serious sync issues. I have tried many titles, all have varying degrees of audio out of sync. I have tried both on a different computer with the same results. HBOmax is simply unusable. I'm sticking with it, because they were able work out the nagging issues with the other video downloaders. So, my result is mixed. Yes, I have purchased ALL of the video downloaders. Quite a pricetag, but if they work, I glean lots of beneift.

Just purchased this software 3 days ago. Cannot get Amazon music and the program to interface. Notified support and was told it is an update issue and to keep looking for the updated version.
Why offer it if it is in need of an update to function??????

Spotify have banned me because I was using Tunepat Spotify. I have informed them and had no reply for weeks. Be aware you risk your Spotify account by using this software.

I've been using TunePat Spotify Converter for about a month now, and I can confirm that the Spotify converter works great. You can basically download songs from Spotify into files such as a MP3/AAC/WAV/FLAC/AIFF. I usually download Spotify songs into MP3s, so I can use iTunes to move them onto my iPhone. You can just make a playlist with all the songs you want to download, then use this Spotify converter to download them. The converter downloads the songs in great quality. You can download up to 100 songs at a time, which is great. I used to download songs individually from youtube, using a online youtube to mp3 converter. That method took a long time, and also the quality was not the best. Also there were no ID3 tags, and having them is a nice feature IMO. Instead of paying a monthly spotify/apple music fee, use TunePat. There's also other software that TunePat serves, which might suit you better. Try the Spotify converter once, you won't regret it! Downloading songs using the converter is much better than individually downloading them. You don't even need to have Spotify downloaded on your PC, the Spotify converter downloads using the Spotify web player. I'd recommend the software to anyone. The support team responds within a day or so. Yes, there other softwares which serve the same purpose, however, TunePat works for me very well, and there's really no reason to switch. There are some videos on YouTube explaining how to use the software if you're new to using converters. You can download someone else's playlist aswell if you dont want to make your own. the TunePat Spotify converter downloads your music very quickly and conveniently. Using TunePat instead of downloading each song individually by yourself can be a time saver.

I was happy with tunepat for itunes till closed and now I'm not able to login, do not accept, I haven't changed nothing.

Tunepat is a fraud ordered their product did not get code to activate account and now nobody is getting back to me or giving my money back their say no refund or exchange but if someone pays for a service and they don't get it that's fraud so go to TUNELF instead

My tune pat spotifly not able to convert anymore. every time there was a error message. I have the latest update installed already. Error 8004. Please help.

Currently, I cannot get transfers to "play' after downloading to pc. Time for track(s) show's as 00:00 on all transferred tracks.
Is there a change on Amazon's end that has rendered Tunepat useless?

I have TunePat's Amazon video downloader, and while it does download, albeit slower than expected, I find that it tends to always download the lowest quality available, irrespective of the fact that I have set it to the highest level.
This is not what I expected at all, and therefore won't renew for anymore months.
Sorry not worth it. I'll stick to torrents instead

I have tune Pat amazon music converter and it works great! But I downloaded the Disney one a its really slow, I pushed pause too and now I cant un pause it. I don't know how to either, and I cant close the tab for it when its paused. I just need help with it

I love the Amazon Music Converter and Amazon Video Downloader. I subscribe to Amazon Prime subscription and want to save the songs and some videos from Amazon to my computer so that I can play them without the internet. TunePat programs help me a lot. Thanks!

I perfectly know that you can test the software by downloading 5 minutes of video, and I did it. 5 minutes is not really enough.

I've bought it as I was confident cause I have seen the 5 days / 30 days guarentee money back.
I tested the software and was not pleased by it. In fact, I could only download in 2 channels (amazon), so I wanted to check the money back guarentee. And here I have seen all exclusions. Let's summarise, everything is excluded. There is no money back guarentee.
