No refund on cancellation despite stating otherwise. "$2 a month billed annually, cancel anytime" clearly promises a refund for unused time upon cancellation. I am disappointed they are keeping my entire $24 even though I cancelled just 2 days after I purchased. All my playlists were not transferred. No customer service.

I was able to transfer 10000 songs between two different streaming services in only a few minutes - all playlists intact and it showed me exactly which songs were not available between each service.

Really impressed with the process of transferring my music. I went from Spotify to Tidal. The only issue I had might be related to Tidal and not tmm, but there seemed to be no order to the way my songs were transferred which is weird. Old songs next to new songs, not alphabetical or by artist. But very small problem on the grand scheme.

I like the way it clearly shows select options for liked songs, artists, playlists and albums. It felt like spring cleaning. Also I appreciate the spreadsheet of songs that didn't transfer.

i used it for free for awhile, which was already generous, but just decided to buy a year to support your project since you made it reasonable. i am a musician and am using AI to help me find songs to expand my learning. being able output a list generated into TMM saves alot of time over adding them one at a time. its also nice to move the list over to youtube if i need it there.

I used this to move my playlist from Spotify to YouTube music. It worked super easily and super quickly. I'm thrilled!
