Had a hotel transfer booked, over two weeks in advance, on the day of the transfer the driver never arrived, they wouldn't answer our telephone call and would only message on WhatsApp saying they were busy and driver is on his way. We had to make alternative arrangements to get to the airport, to which the driver then called over 50 minutes late to say he was at the hotel waiting for us.
Very bad!
the transfer never came because the driver overslept. we never got the money back for the replacement taxi via the hotel. bad service! We almost mist the plane because of this.

I travelled with a private transfer with this company Tuha VIP in Dalaman Area, Fethiye. And they do this bussines very professional. As a first driver was speaking English very well and helped with my all suitcases and during my travel. The car was very clean and hygienically. As driver mentioned to me they have two branches in Turkey in Fethiye, Marmaris and Antalya Area. I strongly suggest you to use this company if you travel in those areas. Very comfortable, safe and clean. And esspecially new and luxury cars and prices not very high as quality as they do this service. Bear in the mind that they have 24/7 service on the phone. So you can contact them when if you need it.
