¡No compren aquí! Tuve una experiencia horrible con Tu&Co. Pedí 6 inodoros y bidés por 3500. Los productos aparecen disponibles en su página web o dicen "disponibles de nuevo en unos días". Tras pagar, te informan de que tardarán 15 días más. Bien... pero después de eso, nada y no había actualizaciones. Han pasado 4 meses (!!) y todavía me faltan algunos productos. Estoy intentando cancelar los artículos que faltan y exigir la devolución del dinero, pero hasta ahora no he recibido nada. Además, uno de los artículos que me enviaron está incompleto y se niegan a darme una solución. Me dijeron que contactara yo mismo con Roca, pero Roca tampoco hace nada y afirma que envían un producto completo a Tu&Co. Como es imposible pedir la pieza que falta, se desperdicia todo el producto. Tu&Co no me ha compensado. Una empresa horrible y un servicio al cliente pésimo.
Don't buy here! I had a horrible experience with Tu&Co. I ordered 6 toilets and bidets for 3.500 -. The products appear in stock on their website or it says "back in stock in a few days". After paying, they will inform you it will take 15 days more. Fine.. but after that, there are no updates. It is now 4 months (!!) and still I have some of the products are missing. I am trying to cancel the missing items and demand my money back, but nothing so far. On top of that, 1 of the items they have sent is incomplete, and they are refusing a solution. They told me to contact Roca myself, but Roca is not doing anything either and claim they send a complete product to Tu&Co. As it is impossible to order the missing part, the whole product is wasted. No compensation from Tu&Co. Horrible company and horrible customer service.
