No Product, No response
I ordered my product on November 2, a pile of magazines for my husband for his stocking at Christmas. I figured that two months will be plenty of time for a package to come from the United Kingdom as I receive merchandise from China in less time. After receiving no package within a month, I sent a message to their contact email. They did not responded so I escalated the issue through PayPal which surprise surprise, they actually responded to. They sent me a message saying that my package has shipped on November 29 ( more than three weeks after the order was placed) and would arrive shortly. Note there was still no tracking number for me to confirm the existence of this package or tell it's estimated arrival. I am now sitting here on December 23 with no package, and no hope that will ever arrive. It was $45 USD that I will never see again unless PayPal give me my money back.
