I am SO angry! There is ZERO support for this software in Australia. They were more than happy to help when I was deciding to come on board but since they started their direct debit - freakin nothing!! They have made me SO SO angry!! Usually I do not write reviews on anything but my situation is been going on for over six months and still is not resolved.
I think given one star will be too generous.
I received my W-2 at the beginning of the year but the location of the app was never changed.
They said that it’ll take 10 to 12 to resolve the issue. I’m still waiting for the corrected form.
Meanwhile I have not done my taxes.
Just to let everyone know what’s going on.

It took five called to finally get…
It took five called to finally get someone who would take their time and research what was going on. That one person spend well over an hour helping me, which I greatly appreciate. The previous agents just seemed so rushed to get me off the phone that they didn’t care about customer service, they just cared about how many calls they take. If that’s the case then I shouldn’t have been on hold over 30 minutes waiting to get help. I was so happy the last agent I spoke with was able to completely get my issue resolved. I just wonder why the others couldn’t give the same dedication
USELESS JUNK, don't waste your time
Useless! Spent months trying to get accounts to synch, and simply trying to figure out how to use. Eventually figured it Doubled the time we lost to keep track of billable time. And even then it didn't integrate properly w Quickbooks. Total waste of my time. Total bust. Small business trying to find cost efficient app to capture billable time. This is NOT the product!
Don't look for any empathy if you seek a refund due to COVID 19 Shut down
Our company was forced to shut down 3/23/20 (WA State first site of the national COVID 19 pandemic)
Following that our payroll employee contracted COVID on 4/04/2020. This employee's elderly parent also died during this time. We were unaware the monthly recurring charges had not been stopped while we were in shut down.
On 7/14/20 we contacted Tsheets (Amanda manager of Customer Wellness) requesting refunds for the 3 months we were charged when no one was actively using the system due to the shut down. She flatly refused and became argumentative stating it was our responsibility to follow up and through in a time when the world was falling apart and so many tragic dynamics occurring with our own employees internally. This company is unethical, lacks any kind of human empathy or understanding and a prime example of what is wrong with the world and corporate greed. We canceled our subscription and have done else where and will never return.
They're ripping me off as I type
The software is fine, it gets the job done.
The problem is, there's no unsubscribe option. To unsubscribe you have to send them an email.
Predictably, if you send them an email to cancel, they offer you a discount to stay on. I guess that's why there's no unsubscribe option.
In my case, I told them I didn't need the service any longer, and to go ahead and cancel. I assumed that was enough. Two months later, I noticed they've continued charging me every month.
I've emailed them again about cancelling and requesting a refund. No reply. Nobody on chat either. On chat, I can get a sales guy who promissed to transfer me to somebody else, and the chat went dead. I sent another email... no reply.
TL;DR: I requested cancellation, they contined billing me and are not replying to emails or chat about cancellation.
I am a business owner
I am a business owner. Something has really changed with Tsheets. We cannot get our employees to login and out correctly. They are constantly getting bumped out of the program or cannot log out. Also, we cannot get the program to work when logging in and out of a job, so we can track hours for job costing. This is even worse. So I guys just tell us the hours they think they worked and we have no proof it is right or wrong. How much extra money are we paying?
Then I find out they know they have been having issues, and they did not tell any of their business customers, unless you call or us their chat. Wow, seems criminal to me! How many millions of dollars are they costing my company or shorting our employees.
If you are experiencing the same, chime in. Contact your attorney general and maybe its also time for a class action lawsuit. Very dishonest company in my opinion!
NO REFUNDS!
Note the fine print - NO REFUNDS! We lost hundreds of dollars signing up for the annual service and requesting cancellation a few months in when we found a less expensive substitute. We appreciated the functionality while we had it, but regret having signed up and paying in advance to get the reduced monthly rates.
Don't log out!!!
if you log out, you will not be able to get your timesheets back. (They don't tell you that) isn't that what its purpose is? I have been using for several years but customer service has gone downhill and the software does not work as good as it used to. I really liked the service, but since the purchase by Intuit is has gone downhill. So Sad.
Works perfect for all of our employees
Works perfect for all of our employees! I love that they can use an app to clock in and out. Makes payroll simple when integration with Gusto. User friendly. I love that employees can leave notes when their clock in/out time is wrong. I just change it when I do payroll. Both times I have had to call customer service i received great service and quick help.
It simply doesn't work
It simply doesn't work. The buttons on the app don't work. It freezes constantly. It doesn't sync up. When the buttons on the app do manage to let me clock in, the desktop site shows that I'm not clocked in. I can never clock out on the app. Huge waste of money.
Tsheets is a joke
DONT PURCHASE IF IN AUSTRALIA - Tsheets is a joke. Don't get suckered into the discount by paying annually as they will not refund you the money when app and program doesn't work. This program has so many glitches and no support. I spend more time sorting employees apps and times then a did using paper time sheets. All support in USA and cannot get decent support for Australia. Have sent numerous messages and the response pretty much comes with same wording as the help centre. Have tried it all but still have the problems. Will log out employees mid shift. Will not take out lunch break. Will not let employees enter info. Will say employee not logged in when they are. Will not show employee info in time slider just to name a few. I have 40 employees and this was meant to make it easier but its making it harder.

The only thing worse than logging time worked is logging it in this application. Easily the most frustrating application I have to use.
The app is terrible
The app is terrible. So many bugs it's ridiculous. I have reached out to them more times than I can remember. Been using their system for about 4 months now. Still continue to have employees that it logs out and then won't let log back in. I have yet to make it an entire week without an employee or two having issues clocking in. The coders get to be fired and new ones hired. Most the time when I reach out to them they ask me if it's an android or apple phone and after I tell them they proceed to tell me "oh yeah that's why, We are currently having issues with that platform but they should be fixed in the next day or two" No matter what platform it's on I have been given this same explanation. On the hunt for another time clock that works with QBO.
Been a Tsheets customer since 2016
Been a Tsheets customer since 2016. It worked fine until 1/14/2020 when it stopped syncing with quickbooks. I tried several different web connect versions without success so I contacted tech support. I was told the error code I was receiving was something on "their end" and there was an investigation because of numerous complaints with the same code. Still didn't work so I called again and was told Tsheets is no longer compatible with QB 2014 because of an upgrade on their end. Tsheets is useless to me if it doesn't sync with QB's so I asked for a refund for the unused 9 months of the one year plan they sold me. I was told they don't give refunds after 30 days and that I would have to upgrade to a newer version of QB. Absolutely ridiculous that they sold me a service for a year that no longer works because of something they did and that I would have to spend hundreds of dollars on a newer version of QB to continue using. They still have a link in Tsheets that directs you to web connect upload page which says its compatible with older versions of QB from 2006 an up. No where on there site does it state Tsheets not compatible with older versions of QB..Unbelievable.
Struggled with this app for days, then gave up!
Struggled with this app for days. The total lack of viable support is EXTREMELY painful. The support team was confrontational, rude, and absent of any helpful input. My company finally gave up and found another (simple/easy/free) option for time tracking. We're now MUCH happier! Avoid this app, unless you're in need of a "self-inflicted wound" !

Clunky application at a high price. Also BUYER BEWARE - there are no refunds on the annual plan.
Too many errors
Too many errors, staff gave up using it because it constantly crashes.
Never EVER sign up to an annual plan, they will keep $1000 credit even though the product failed so badly we had to switch to another.
They expect us to wait until they sort their issues out
Bad Bad Bad
We just got Tsheets last month and it's been a complete nightmare since. They sold us a version that is not compatible with what we have and had to roll it back. We were able to login for a moment then not able to. Called support on a Monday and we went through the trouble shooting steps and the man finally said he has to contact his programmers. Didn't hear back from them all week. Had to call the following Monday and the lady went through the same EXACT trouble shooting steps and finally escalated the issue. They had to roll it back AGAIN. We paid for a whole month of not being able to even use the product and they offered no discount when asked. It has been call after call and trouble shoot after trouble shoot since then. Simple things such as being able to login on the URL but not the app. Same info. Needless to say. One month in and its been a horrible experience. Simple things such as logging in should not require roll backs and trouble shooting calls.
