Driver of vehicle reg NJ23 BNK was smoking weed today (Monday 21st July) on A49 towards Ludlow/Leominster. On more than 1 occasion on this road (all other cars had turned off by the second time, and could see the smoke coming out the window as well, along with the very strong smell for many miles), considering the size of the vehicle and the damage it can do it’s disgusting.

With as a bonus, Equipment not reliable over time (less than 2 years), no warranty, even on new equipment sold 3X cheaper elsewhere, without investment because yes it is extra. Deplorable after-sales service, which hangs up on you and in the form of contracts. To be avoided absolutely.
Ordered pay at pump system. Had to wait for 15 weeks for it to arrive. One of the payment terminals failed after 3 weeks. Raised a call with the service centre and the official response is "awaiting parts". Despite paying for a 12-hour service level agreement, we are now in our 7th day awaiting updates. Meanwhile, the pump is out of use.
