Great Experience in San Diego PreTSA Check in
Please pass on to upper management that she is the best TSA agent in San Diego for Pre-TSA Checkpoints.
This is to personally thank Ms. June Perez for traveling extra mile.
• To help out
• compassionate of the situation
• Really sincerely to the job
• Highly Passenger/customer oriented
• Follow the process and principles fully, as per TSA Government guidance.
• Ensure you contact only the correct phone number only for me.
• Takes extra mile to contact Eric - the lead in the TSA Checkpoint
She is a great asset. I need to send a separate email to the Alaska Airlines representative who went out of her way to ask the TSA Lead and he himself helped.: LTSO Abruzzese for his outstanding help as well. I will send a separate email for it. One of the wireless callers, a lady, called as well. In the TSA Call center, there was also a nice lady who called the TSA Checkpoint, but we reached out ourselves, so it all worked out.
Sorry to be brutally honest, ethical, and upfront.
Please pass on to upper management that she is the best TSA agent in San Diego for Pre-TSA Checkpoints.
Thanks & Best Regards,
Respectfully Submitted,

As i wrote two compliments about the employees in San Diego, who did an outstanding job... None of the MCO Employees who work for TSA did care, even if I showed the TSA Cares email ... approved by Christine/Christina forgot she was highly compassionate on the phone and said she is sending TSA Care/TSA Precheck in MCO airport... This is for my wife Shikha Sridhar ...traveling from MCO to SAN on March 16th with me... I am a DoD or DOW civilian working for US Navy.... her mother passed away recently it part, so this is the first time she was totally lost with her mind or so...so i decided to pay from my personal pocket and she did not have a TSA line... when the Command issued order for my travel. Her mom was alive... Hence when you talk to four different TSA Agents in MCO they don’t care... Every time we return to MCO airport... there is a wait in Tarmac or wait for the gate to open. Not sure where to inform you of that.
Please inform the people in Orlando to help and be compassionate, not being rude, dishonor military spouse. I am not putting my military id or email anywhere. Due to cybersecurity. I would appreciate it if you could act on the day March 16th who were working from 06:30 AM to 07:45 AM.
