I had to return my device as the colors were not working correctly. After returning it, I sent a few emails and called and left voicemail. I have not heard anything. I have not gotten my money back. I sent a complaint at the BBB and still nothing, I cannot get through to the Nutri skin customer service phone number. I feel like they scammed me to return the device and I got nothing back.

This company has zero customer service. My package never arrived. I left two voicemails (they dont answer the phone) and they never responded to my emails. They said they would look into it and then ghosted me. I do a chargeback and now a month later they send me the stupid mask. They are also not responding yo my request to send it back. They take your money and then disappear. Buyer beware.

Mask received and was incredibly uncomfortable and not all lights worked on it. Customer service was quick to respond to offer to give me a credit to use towards spending more on more expensive mask. I declined and opted for return. They have now had more return for 3 weeks and have not responded to a single email since getting my return back. This company is dishonest and the product is trash.

I have sent 4 emails over the last 2 weeks and left a voicemail without getting a response (after getting an initial immediate response) about returning my purchase per the website details. I've never experience such a lack of customer response and am starting to believe they are trying to time me out of the 60 day policy even though I contacted them around day 30.

We returned the item as soon as it arrived at our house. They emailed a shipping label to be used. We used their label and mailed it out the same day the package arrived. The package was delivered at the front door of the address on 12/09/24@1328 hours. A few days later I sent an email to Angelica (their contact person). When I saw it was delivered at the front door I did a search of the address. The search indicated it was a residential townhome and not a business. Being concerned I sent an email to Angelica asking about the refund. She stated she would have to have the finance dept confirm the package was received per the return policy. Today's date is 12/18, as of yet no refund nor a direct answer if the "finance" dept received the package from their front door. I sent another email on 12/13 asking for an update. Angelica now stated the person in the finance dept has been sick and will be returning next week. I understand people get sick. However, the package was returned and left at the front door of a townhouse. It's not difficult for anyone to answer a direct question to confirm the person living at the townhouse (sick or not) removed the package from the front door porch area. Not to mention this is the season when porch thefts are on the rise! I will say, Angelica will respond to your emails and not to hesitate to contact her if you have further questions. I did send another email today, 12/18 asking for another update.

Update 12/22/24: After getting NO REPLY from ANGELICA R from 12/18, I requested Paypal to assist with getting my refund. It's apparent by the reply's, delays and lack of no response from this company they don't like giving refunds. I make this comment because when I requested to return it they wanted to give me 100 dollars more than what we spent for STORE CREDIT. At the time, I was wondering why would a store want to give you more money for credit vs refunding your money. Well, now I know why!...they truly act in BAD FAITH and don't want to refund your money!. My advice to others, find another vendor that has values such as HONESTY and INTEGRITY!

I've gotten great results in skin tone and texture from the Wrinkle and Acne Clearing LED Face and Neck Mask, and I find it really relaxing to use. Great quality for the price and I love that the neck mask is included, where most brands make you purchase it separately. Highly recommend.
My one criticism is thst it is quite heavy and I have to use it lying down, but its a small trade off for such great results.

Super easy to use. Mask can be a little uncomfortable, but given its price and effectiveness, I still enjoy using it. I can definitely tell a difference in my fine lines and overall skin texture.

I have had no issues with this company of product. I ordered one mask and it didn’t come with instructions—they responded to my email immediately. When my dog chewed the cable of the mask, I ordered another! Masks arrived in a timely fashion. Only complaint is that it is so heavy. Really have to lay down to use it.

I have had this for 3 months and let me tell you I was able to notice the difference within the first 2 weeks. You have to be consistent and dedicated. Love your self and try it!

I bought their silicone mask and I love it. It has helped with my hyper-pigmentation and leaves my skin feeling wonderful. I had no issues with the delivery or their customer service. Their product does as they say. If you're looking for miracles, look for a plastic surgeon lol. Anyways, I love my mask!

I just received the mask and there was a problem with the neck parts of it it wasn't staying lit but customer service was wonderful they are taking the mass back they're going to be sending me a new one I like the mask I don't think it's heavy like some people say it's heavy on your face I'm just really excited to start using the mask everyday to see how great it's going to work

Pretty decent mask for the price. I managed to get an extra $30 USD off so the total was $100. It’s a bit heavy on the face but the results speak for itself

Received the mask in a timely fashion. It did help improve discoloration on my face. I suggest making it part of your nightly routine.

It took this company more than 30 days to deliver my order. Even though they provided a tracking number, I had no idea when to expect my package, and customer support couldn't give me any delivery dates. Turns out they deliver directly from their China supplier by boat even though their website lists a Santa Monica, CA address. No disclosure of shipping origin anywhere on their site. Very misleading. Stay away.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order three weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped, no one will provide an update and keeps saying they'll get back to me but they don't so I tried the company's phone number today and it's disconnected. I saw someone else on FB had this same experience and never receieved their item (it's over $100!). As an attorney, I can tell you this is not legitimate. THIS IS A SCAM!
