I ordered 1 bottle for the cost of…
I ordered 1 bottle for the cost of £23.99 but they charged me £103.95 and the solution never arrived
when I explained I had not received the goods and asked for a refund not knowing how much they had overcharged me I was told by Lukas on the 21st they would process the refund which they have failed to do
so I had to do a charge back on my credit card as they keep asking for documents I do not have as I never received the goods avoid the awful company they are theifs

I’ve been using the product for 4 months now and am sorry to say there’s been no change. The talked about baby hair growth after 8 weeks failed to appear.
I bought multiple bottles so I’ll continue to use until I run out but I fear I have wasted my money.

Hi. You asked got some extra info but I’m not sure what you required. I placed the order for 3 bottles of the spray on 30 December 2025 (payment of $123.01) and it was delivered a few days later. I have used it (as per the instructions) every day since. After some weeks I thought there was some changes but little has changed since. I still have some spray remaining and am continuing to apply it every night)

I never received my order. I would love to give you a positive review, due to the non-arrival I can’t do that. I was also charged way way more than I was anticipating, but thought I’d wait for the actual product to arrive. Unfortunately it never did

I started this product at the same time as supplements so not 100% sure if either of them work or if they work better together. I have noticed new hair all over. Approx an inch.

Unable to get a full Refund
I was unable to return the unopened product. They wanted a photo uploaded which I was unable to do in the format they wanted. First I had to get a ticket number. After multiple attempts and emails, I did that but then I kept being rerouted to the same page. I finally gave up and accepted the 30% refund and I could keep the product which I can't use. That page worked fine!

I have now used Halo Grow for the last three months religiously morning and night. If anything I have less hair now than before!!
