I have only made a scooter insurance from tryg and I want only the scooter insurance but this company always,everyday call me to make a insurance of family my house etc etc when they call they only talk for 8 t0 10 seconds after that the phone will automatically cut I don’t know what is the problem of this company

It took 2 weeks, over 4 different persons, many departments involved, countless phone calls, people willingly not doing their job bc they could not be bothered...just to realize someone typed my CPR incorrectly and that was the problem. Then it took 1 phone call to fix it.

It is really painful to terminate a contract with them. Stay away from them if you do not want to get a strange bill half year after termination.

Changing to Tryg is the worse experience I`ve had with a company, and I should have seen the red flags from the begining.
I was contacted by them about changing insurance companies. The agent quickly explained that I would be getting the same benefits I currently had, but when I didn`t agree over the phone and asked for documents on email and another phone call the following days he quickly lost interest, and I didn`t get a phone call until a month later.
The second phone call was similar to the first, with a few half-hearted apologies added. I asked for documents again and scheduled another phone call. I got the documents 1-2 minutes before the scheduled phone call(which seems like a pretty dishonest thing to do),I read them as quick as I could and ended up agreeing to change.
The one thing I specifically asked for and insisted upon is to be billed monthly. Out of 5 insurences only 1 was set to be billed monthly. It took 5 months and 4-5 frustrating phone calls to finally get the insurances paid monthly. I ended up paying the full yearly amount for 2 insurances so they wouldn`t be canceled (~6500kr), and was assured that I would be receiving the excess amount back, sadly this is an ongoing process.
The time I have wasted so far on these issues is more valuable than the savings on insurance that I was offered and I am truely scared of getting in a situation where I need to benefit from insurance from them after this experience.

They handled my case with MacBook repair quickly but they said the self risk will be 1000dkk which they reduced from the amount they paid me, but then they sent an invoice for another 1000dkk calling that self risk again. Their employee Katrine has been ignoring my requests to explain me the situation and just said I have to pay them. I tried to call their support and they promised to get back about this, but never did. I tried to book an online meeting but I was ignored and they never answered to offer one. Seems like Katrine wasn't capable to read attached documents and I was refused to have any other opportunity to talk with them.
