Super job - very professional - I could not get that trademark done because a large multinational obstructed to it so randy negotiated a settlement for me ... and we won!

I cannot say enough good words to describe how wonderful my experience was working with Kevin and his company! He was the only reply I received that was done "in person". I thought I could do my trademark by myself but ran into a big problem that would have meant re-applying, a lot more money and big head aches. We had an initial Skype call with Bill. He wrote down our business, intentions for getting a trademark and talked through the process and how long it would take to complete it in a non-lawyer layman terms. He then filled in all the relevant paperwork, and took over the entire (literally the entire) process. We didn't do anything. The whole process takes about 7-8 months at least, and he emailed us with periodic updates on the progress of the application proactively which is very appreciated.
