Bank that decided to live in the past.
This bank is critically behind-the-times. You cannot do anything simple like close your account without going into a brick and mortar location. As well, they've begun charging ridiculous fees for the most basic account. Their online support is deficient. I'd like to point out that the support reps I spoke with are courteous and friendly, just ineffective at their job. And I honestly don't think that is necessarily their fault, rather that their Support team management hinders the reps ability to be effective, and they do not provide adequate training to the reps. They are a small-time bank with a small-time feel. Given the more robust, user-friendly options for personal banking out there, it's a good idea to simply leave this bank behind in the past where it belongs.
