1. Trustico will send renewal notifications e-mails at 90days, 60days, 30days, 14days and 7days from the expiry date to ensure a website is not left unsecured. These notices can be disabled via our website for each order or upon request.
2. Trustico's online customer service agents are available during promotional and peak periods. During normal United Kingdom and Australian business hours.
3. Typically our support agents will reply back to your online e-mail inquiry no later than 12 hours from when you send it, but usually within 3 hours.
We encourage you to contact us direct if further information or assistance is required.
Good Price, Not Great Customer Support
Phone number listed was not answered and the automatic system hung up on me. The email form wouldn't send. I simply needed to recover my password I couldn't remember my "special date". In the end I got it but I couldn't remember it and it was hugely frustrating. The lack of email support, and lac of phone number definitely raised some red flags.

Memorable Date (special date) is used to access our retail order tracking system and is selected by the person placing the order at the time the order is placed on our website. We do not have a "password" system for retail customers so it is difficult to determine what you were trying to access.
We encourage you to contact us direct if further information or assistance is required.
