With out to much expectations this…

With out to much expectations this journey has just been a great life changer for me.
A big part of me came brokken in the beginning, and after the retreat I’m feeling complete again.
I really wanna thank you for this experience it’s not the first time and it will never be the last, I am coming back for more!.
See you soon again and keep up the good work it does make a difference.

Ayahuasca retreat

From the beginning communication was great and clear to build trust and comfort. Preparation materials structured and clear. On-site a warm welcome with open arms. Despite some last minute changes due to unforeseen circumstances the priority was to deliver as promised. I enjoyed how small the group was it made it more valuable to me. The star and highlight of the experience apart from the beautiful location was our shaman Soledad. She made be feel safe and ready to trust the journey with individual focus on each one of us. Very knowledgeable and definitely the right person to guide me through a new and very profound journey that even a couple of days after is evolving and continuing to create value for me. Off course a big thank you to Patrick as well that was a great host and made sure we moved through the 2 days in a good way. I'm coming back for sure!

5 Elements Retreat

I attended the 5 Elements Retreat and it was an amazing experience <3
Each day was dedicated to one element and thoughtfully designed to reconnect us with nature and ourselves. On the water day we went river trekking and did an ice bath — this was my favourite part. Fire day was tough on me, with the temazcal ritual (basically you're being cooked alive in a tent), but it was deeply transformative and emotional and I'm glad I went through that, even though I thought I won't be able to. We honored the Earth by planting cacti on the earth day, grounding ourselves in the process of nurturing a living plant.

There were daily yoga sessions, amazing homemade food prepared with lots of love, and wonderful company made this retreat the perfect reset for both body and mind. You leave feeling lighter, clearer, and full of renewed energy.

Highly recommended.
