Solid insurance
Solid insurance! I've been with them for three years now and had to make one claim for a broken laptop screen, they made it relatively painless so I had my laptop back within a week or two and they paid me quickly as I had all my receipts and things - though there was slight pickiness on invoices vs receipts and things but we got through! I've now gone for a family bundle and it was a great deal and they helped me set it up very easily.

Great phone insurance at a cheap price
I have had a 3 gadget bundle with Trusted insurance for a few years.
Had to claim a few times mainly due to my daughters losing or dropping their phones
Trusted insurance have always settled the claim.
The cost of the policy is very cheap compared to buying with your network

Very slow
I submitted the claim on 17th and they asked for 10 documents. On the 20th, they asked for a further 10 documents. Which has taken hours to obtain without a phone, causing some distress.
Slightly disappointed that I wasn’t asked to provide everything from the start which has delayed this process. Today is 27th and no progress has been made.
It feels very slow and so far, I would not recommend.

Disappointing, impersonal company
Disappointing company, do not use. Refused to pay for my laptop theft on a technicality even with a police report and clear evidence the property was stolen.
Despite their 'sorry you've had a bad experience' reply below, the adjudication letter was sent in record time and was a simple repetition of the decision to refuse my claim because the burglar didnt smash my door in. Unlike the claim which they took over a month to respond to after asking me to provide a ton of additional evidence, like a picture of me holding a passport and all correspondence with the police, which I sent.
There are loads of better, more human, gadget insurers out there, I suggest you look for one of them instead. Oh yeah, and always read the terms.
