Plumber via a trade organisation
Having tried (and failed miserably) with other online trade organisations I was very pleased with Trust a Trader

Good communication, highly skilled and professional
roofers who did a good job on a complete new roof.
Ben and his team worked to a high standard in spite of the intense heat , always friendly and courteous at all times. I highly recommend them.

After the initial set of lies promising…
After the initial set of lies promising me that Trustatrader was a good platform to use,they immediately took £1200 and I soon found out that it was all incorrect information I was given. Service was poor.

You contacted us in early December 2024 and decided to join TrustATrader. After successfully completing our vetting process, your membership went live later that month.
At TrustATrader, we do not cold call potential members—every member contacts us directly to enquire about joining. We also do not operate an automatic renewal system. Throughout each membership, our team is available to provide support whenever it is needed.
As your membership approached its end, we contacted you in December 2025 to discuss renewal. At that time, 91% of members chose to renew their membership. However, you advised us that the service had not worked for your business and decided not to renew.
